Having worked in the region for a number of years we became aware of the growing need for a community earwax service that is easy to access, affordable and backed up by clinical experience. very nice treatment room. everything explained well. booking system easy, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. out of hours booking but could have done with being in the medical Centre to wait. At the moment you wait outside. Maybe cold in the winter!!

Nikki spent several minutes explaining clearly what was entailed , and with much care throughout the procedure asked if I was comfortable….everything was fine.
Nikki did find inflammation in one ear..and very kindly sent me a very detailed e-mail with her findings, for me to take to my GP for prescription drops…thanks again Nikki
