Very caring and professional staff with great outcome for my ears

From booking to appointment everything went well,the lady that did the ear cleaning was brilliant very polite and very good at her job,it went well no pain or discomfort,.

Really good experience - I couldn’t hear properly and feared I was going deaf. After clear explanation, Kelly took a look into my ears through a microscopic camera and showed me on screen what she could see. The wax (probably from using cotton buds - my own analysis) had been pushed down and had pretty much closed off my right ear canal. She used a little suction tool, cleared the lot and did my other ear too. Feel much better and don’t have to ask people to repeat themselves as much as before! Great job! The suction is a bit of a weird sensation and sound which might make you squint a bit but it’s bearable. If you follow the pre-appointment instructions by using olive oil - it makes it a reasonably quick process.

The lady even wrote me a follow up email to show the Dr as I needed a further app.
My only complaint would be that the Fakenham surgery has an out of hours door and it only opens when someone lets you in. As this was my first appointment I waited outside in the rain until someone came. This was around 15 mins.
