In order to be able to process your complaint as quickly and under the best possible conditions, I invite you to contact our after-sales service (SAV).
To do this, simply connect to your customer account created when placing your order.
Your login details (email address + password) will be requested.

Still awaiting 1/2 of my order (10 days…

Still awaiting 1/2 of my order (10 days after placing order). Tracking of order very poor. Not impressed with reply of, they have a high volume of orders ATM.

Ordered 2 tyres

Ordered 2 tyres, only one delivered, reported, still not resolved. Car still not useable, very unhappy with slowness of response. Expect to rectified with next day delivery but no response yet.
