This is extremely frustrating
This is extremely frustrating. I've had a very bad experience with this company and the Courier it uses (DPD) who between them cocked-up the delivery of the tyres I ordered and then sent them back abroad without any notice whatsoever. Since then I have been awaiting a refund and nothing has materialized.
If that wasn't enough, the person dealing with this in the Customer Services Dept of Grip500 has been dismissive and shown little to no understanding and as matters currently stand it looks very much like I've lost my money on this transaction. in the circumstances I will be very cautious about using this company again and I suggest you exhibit the same caution.

Great and quick response to the order.
Great and quick response to the order. However, I ordered 4 tyres and they came in a delivery of 2, then 1 and then the final one over a period of 5 days with the last one nearly 2 weeks after the original order. Surely it must be more efficient to deliver the whole order at the same time? Anyway, otherwise, very pleased.

Great service the price I paid for some general grabber at3 was much cheaper than anywhere else at the time . Kept informed of what was happening with the tyres. Only took a couple of days to arrive from Germany. Couldn't be happier. Will use again when needed.
