Excellent, quick service...recommended

I have placed many orders online from this retailer for premium tyres which are reasonably priced and are sent very quickly free of charge. Once an order is placed, an email is sent the next day usually with a tracking no. and tyres arrive via APC overnight very quickly. My latest purchase for 2 Michelin tyres arrived the next working day! Amazing service. Great joined up service with courier. Highly recommended.

A cowboy in the world of business

I ordered a set of 4 tyres more than a month ago. They sent me only 2 and refunded me for the other 2 without asking if I'm ok or without informing me about this. I tried to contact them but it's impossible, you can only open a ticket and wait for a reply but takes weeks and they only apologize because they're busy with a big number of customers. Now after 5 weeks still waiting for someone to collect this 2 tyres. When you buy 4 you get a better price than for 2.

Excellent second time I have used…

Excellent second time I have used grip500 for budget tyres the Brand Radar grip fantastic longevity 2.5yrs on a Mercedes estate C220 diesel unheard of I normally get 12 months if I'm lucky with high brand tyre's worth every penny 9.1/2 out of 10 👍

Good communicators

From the time the order was placed to the moment it was delivered, communication was excellent. I had requested a product from the 2025 manufacturing line, and I was pleased to receive exactly that.
