Abysmal in every respect
Abysmal in every respect. I ordered the wrong size tyres by mistake. I wanted to change them...not possible according to their customer services so I asked to return them. They wanted £25 per tyre to return and also refused to pick up from my address. They said they could only pick up from the fitting garage.
Check contact details before you order and be warned....no phone number, email, instant chat facility or postal address on their website. You have to wait days for them to respond through their contact us page and when they do respond they avoid answering your question probably as English is obviously not their native language (I understand they are based abroad). You then have to message them again.....and it goes on for weeks and months like that for a simple question. I'm sure if you haven't made a mistake on your order like I did its fine but if there is any problems with your order then good luck. You will be waiting for ages for a response and likely to be fobbed off. They try to make it as difficult as possible for you to return. Do yourself a favour and use a competitor like Asda tyres. 100 times better customer service with people you can actually speak to on the phone! I will never use Grip 500 again....absolute rubbish!

First-time Grip500 experience good. Recommended
I ordered 4 x Continental Wintertrac TS 860 195 55 16 tyres for my wife’s Mini Cooper S. Ordering was easy and price was better than any other online company. Delivery time was reasonable too. My only minor criticism would be the post sales communications which could be a bit more customer friendly. I’d definitely use Grip500 again
