Yet another bad experience

Unfortunately another recent bad experience with grip500.
Ordered tyres 27th March and into the 4th week and still no sign. Contacted support and they told me the carrier lost them. Now I can’t get a response from them and have to ask my bank to revert the payment.
Verdict - the price may be attractive but the gamble is not worth the risk!

Edit: @grip500 thanks for responding but I’m sorry I still have no tyres and out of pocket €412 while I drive around on a flat tyre. I’m not convinced this is ‘exceptional circumstances’ as from the other negative reviews it seems to be a regular occurrence that you have issues with the carriers and need to raise a claim with them. Good customer service is taking care of the customer while you wait for the claim to be processed. Worst experience I’ve had buying online, I won’t be buying from you again

Please don’t use this company.

No contact after 6 days. Avoiding all my emails. Having to claim the money back from my bank. Needed tyres urgently and this company took my money and ran.

My New Tyres

The product arrived, in good time and seems to be of good quality. The Web site was easy to use. I would use this company again!

Not recommended if you need to return!

I will adjust the one star when you actually sort out a refund and collection of the wrong tyre.

I would currently not recommend this company. I needed a new tyre for our caravan and by mistake ordered the wrong size so quickly made another order for the correct size(with the same company). The new tyre turned up 2 days later. I am now left with the wrong size tyre of £115 sat in my garden. I have messaged this company 14 times over the last 3 weeks and there still struggling (it wouldn’t be difficult) to arrange a courier to collect the wrong size. They won’t even give me an address so I can post the tyre back my self! They take 3 days to respond to messages and when they do it’s a generic robot feel message with no information that is relevant to what your asking them to do. I get a supposed tracking number for the collection that takes you to a Spanish DPD type website that does not corespondent to your address. The company is a mess. If this is your company and you would like to help me out Please please search my name on your order database to get my problem resolved!

I had previously used Grip in Portugal…

I had previously used Grip in Portugal with a good experience. This time even better. The tyre, Pirelli P Zero arrived 24 hours after ordering and price £255 was very competitive. Will definitely use Grip again.

Tyres not delivered

I ordered tyres 7 working days ago says information sent to dpd since I ordered not even in transit also don't answer my emails .have to do something else about this . Very poor and now they won't give me my money back too .they never even sent tyres.

Good afternoon Grip500. The only issue with you people is that you people don't have contact telephone number, and you people don't have email address as well for customers to getting in touch. So it makes it very difficult for customers to get in touch with you as quickly as possible when they need your help. Please, try and improve in that aspect. It will help you a lot.

Grip500 send me the wrong size tires in…

Grip500 send me the wrong size tires in Switzerland and this was an online processing error as ordered the same correct size from another company and copy+paste the order. However, Grip500 send me the wrong profile size tires TWICE and when i requested Exchange for the right size as it was an option on the Grip500 website i received excuses about not able to exchange and demand for me to pay CHF 30 per tire to return. Grip 500 is a scam company who are looking for customers in european cities where they have no warehouse to serve and easy to steal. Do NOT buy TIRES from GRIP500. Worse customer service ever experienced!!

Stick to a EU/UK firm with an address-not these.

Thanks for your fairly prompt reply,howeverI remind you that the tyre order we are talking about was generated by Grip500,not me ,
so why did it take 13weeks for you to return my money minus bank charges which I incurred because you placed an unwanted order?
Notwithstanding that fact,(which is true and is on the record via my account with you) where is my apology?where is the explanation for all this aggravation you are causing me?
You still owe me €7,00 too.
For the record I am quoting order no.FR-1120-81327.
Bewildered with your obfuscations. I remain unhappy with your companies attitude when found out to be in the wrong.Uncaring,unapologetic,dictatorial and most of all plainly untruthful.

All of the order has been refunded however we have not refunded your bank charges. It's your cost and we offer other payment methods. Bank charges don't come back to us as the name suggests, they come back to the bank.

Tyre & rim pack

I bought a tyre and rim. The only tyre was delivered and cause of Brexit rim was sent back to the original depot without notifying me beforehand, redelivery option unavailable. I wasn't impressed at all not even apologise given by the company.
