Been with them a few years but dont seem to be going nowhere they are slow to respond and near on impossible to get in touch with after checking with a creditor that they said I owed 3 x more then what I did and got confirmation to say I owed way less I thought enough was enough useless people

Used this company a few years back to help me get out of debt, Later found out they had charged me PPI for years by hiding under a different name. When I called to complain they fobbed me off. Avoid like the plague, they have no interest in getting you out of debt, they just want the fees out of you.

My account was closed due to repayment of debt however that wasn’t the case I have since had to set up payment plans on two creditors because I was miss informed - have since been contacted by Natalie who has investigated my account and rectified my issue and resolved my account to bring the balance to zero quickly and efficiently thank you so much for your help

Gregory Pennington was not releasing money to some of my creditors. This only came to light when one creditor came to my home and showed me no payments had been made. The lady from GP who was my advisor was the rudest person I've had the misfortune to deal with. I ended up cancelling my payment plan and paying all my creditors directly. They now trade under Money Wellness and Step Change I believe

Fraud- they do not pay your debt off and keep your money. Look at their profits on company house. They are earning millions of pounds by abusing vulnerable people with money problems.

Gregory Pennington used to be a great company and so helpful. Now its a different story, they were bought by Money Wellness and since then there customer service has massively gone down hill. They constantly don't pay all my creditors even though i pay every month, they send me documents to sign which I do then they e-mail to cancel my plan, they are so dis-organised. PLEASE PLEASE CHOOSE A GOOD COMPANY TO HELP WITH YOUR DEBTS, AVOID THESE JOKERS LIKE THE PLAGUE

I have used GP twice during my difficult years in and out of work and struggling. Saved me from some serious issues and I can't thank them enough.

These people are useless. Avoid avoid avoid.

I have left them and joined another company due to their lack of support empathy and they just don’t know what they are doing.

After being with GP for 12 years my debts have only reduced by 5 grand.
In talks with another company they can make me debt free in 5 years and have removed all intrest.
I used to recommend GP but not any more.
I feel I have wasted my time and money with them

Only one star as can’t leave with none!! Was with Gregory Pennington for many years never missed a payment but my debts never seemed to reduce! Then after about 5 or so years with them my husband got a phone call telling us we are no longer entitled to their service and had to call all of our debts and pay them off ourselves!!! No explanation or anything?! Left us high and dry we NEVER missed a payment to them!! So we had to take a loan through our parents to pay the rest of the debts, we had 24 hrs to contact all debts and sort it out ourselves then also found some companies were receiving pittance to what we was told we were paying them! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
