Garden pots
There was a problem and my order didn’t arrive. I contacted the company and they were so apologetic and immediately dealt with the order that arrived very rapidly! Packaged with care and containing a garden gift. A real turn around to my views!

Hugely disappointing service
Read great reviews for this company so was happy to place an order. Turns out the advertised price of the items I wanted was incorrect on their website and they contacted me to say this. Fair enough. I asked them to refund that part of the order and send out the other items that formed my order. I was assured that this would be done. However this has not happened despite repeated attempts to contact them over the past number of weeks. Very disappointing service all round.

Six months of waiting
I bought a tent from these chaps. Some parts were missing. I'm told to wait for some replacement parts, it'll be sorted soon apparently. SIX MONTHS pass. Finally I give up and ask to return and refund the tent. Now I'm told to pay for return postage (just under £25 with DHL) out of my pocket if I want a chance of a refund.
