I ordered and paid for a wall fan through the online shop.

First thing next day I received a call saying the one I purchased they didn’t have is stock so we’re sending me a different fan, of better quality, slightly higher cost, but with no extra fee!

The fan arrived the very next day and works great!

UPDATE **yes I did get 3 replacement bases as stated below, one was broken which was stated below, but I've still yet to see a refund for that one, or replacement of that broken base. Please stop emailing me as I won't change this review as you've made a shambles of this transaction and lied about a refund**
not impressed by these pots nor the seller greenspirit-hydroponics.com. There were 3 bases broken when arrived (no visible damage to the packaging) as all three broken ones were on the bottom of the package but this could have been avoided by using corrugated fiberboard box instead of wrapping them all in bubble wrap and medium weight plastic wrapping. Since then another base and one pot has cracked. Customer service was good until I was told this in an email "Sorry again for your package arriving broken, you must have a heavy handed delivery driver." As I didn't hire the delivery service this really angered me and the company said in a subsequent email that it was a joke, well that is just horrible customer service. I will take my lumps for buying cheap and not use this company again.

There was a problem and my order didn’t arrive. I contacted the company and they were so apologetic and immediately dealt with the order that arrived very rapidly! Packaged with care and containing a garden gift. A real turn around to my views!
