I have been a Glamorise customer for almost twenty years, and have always been pleased with their products and service. I recently received an order with two bras in a different size than I ordered. It was past the return window but they had sent the wrong size and I thought I would contact them. The correct size is being shipped to me today at no charge!! Customer service worked with me in resolving the problem, they were very efficient and helpful in coming to a solution.

Glamorise stands by their word. Returns are easy! Sales are great. I don't shop anywhere else except at Glamorise. If there's an issue about an order they are right there and communicate very well!

The customer service agent was just excellent. She was very thorough answering the questions that I had. She.gave me excellent direction to find just what Ineeded. It was great to be understood and get helpful advice. I asked her name and it was Bernetta. She could not have been more helpful. I really appreciate it. Thank you for having such excellent people on your staff.

I have frequently purchased bras from Glamourise. I saw a sale, and even though the price seemed a little high, I ordered one. I kept scrolling Facebook and saw another brand I buy, also on sale. I ordered it because it was considerably cheaper. I went back to the Glamourise site to try and cancel my order. Surprisingly, someone responded immediately. She said they had a no cancellation policy, but she would try to cancel it, if it hadn't shipped. The next day I got a text. I fully expected it to say sorry I couldn't cancel it, but we'll send you a refund when you return it. Instead, it was your order is cancelled. You'll get your account refunded soon. I will definitely shop with them again. They have high-quality, good fitting merchandise!

Great customer service, highly recommend this company and there products

Bought a bra, sizing all wrong so requested a return/refund. Still waiting, weeks later. If you email you get an AI response and can end up going around in circles! Very disappointed. Surprised to see some reviews commending customer services, I certainly haven’t had that experience.

I have been searching for the right fit all of my life. After shoulder replacement, I needed to find a front closure bra. I tried one Glamorise item, which was not quite right for my body. I called to get help. The telephone staff was more than helpful to effect the return. I returned the item, and decided to try one more. It is PERFECT. I feel like shouting to the rooftops that I FOUND THE RIGHT BRA at age 76!!! I rarely wear a bra at home, and now, I love wearing mine all of the time. Thank you for having so many excellent types, choices and sizes. I am a Glamorise Lady until the day that I die.

I had an issue with a misdelivered package, and I’m genuinely impressed with how smoothly everything was handled.

Customer service was responsive, understanding, and took ownership of the situation right away. After confirming the issue, they quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent out, and the whole process was straightforward and stress-free.

It’s not often things go wrong, but when they do, this is exactly how it should be handled. Really appreciate the prompt and professional support.

I joined the marketing, but my discount showed up after I ordered. Customer service was wonderful and agreed to honor my discount. Agent was very pleasant and helpful. I am happy with the bras, good fit and quality. Shipping was quick.

I cannot fault the service I have received from this company, Glamorise.
I purchased two MagicLift side support bras. Unfortunately, one of them was not to my liking.
I contacted the sales team who asked me to return the bra, free of charge. I am awaiting a refund, in the meantime, I have purchased a further bra.
The email responses are excellent and within a day.
I have no hesitation in recommending Glamorise.

I ordered a bra which took a little while to arrive, but the company informed me- without being asked- that they were keeping their eye on its progress. When it arrived it was a beautiful bra, well made, lovely fabric but, unfortunately, too small. The returns process was very easy, but the refund to my bank seemed a little slow in coming. I emailed, and Michelle dealt with it quickly and with great courtesy.
I was very happy with the way everything was handled.

Very informative and quick response

I really can not fault this company , I ordered 2 bras from them , the emails they send keep you up to date with your order , unfortunately they did not fit but once again contacted them regarding a return , no problems whatsoever, printed label and sent back , I shall order from them again but must get measured first .

Their customer service is exceptional and I think I found an unlined minimizer bra that gives me the support I need. I have spent a fortune on trying bras and and spending money to mail them back when the fit wasn't right. This company goes over and above.

Amazing customer support

I ordered 3 bras, sports bra was perfect. The return process was easy and well organised. when i had a question it was answered quickly on a Sunday evening.excellent service

I ordered a bra which doesn’t quite work for me (but is high quality) and the return process was extremely impressive. I clicked on the website and they emailed me a label. I returned in the mailer it was sent in which had a special adhesive for its reuse. Best of all the company says you can wash and wear it a while and still send it back. This is great for lingerie, which is so hard to fit. This company really earns my loyalty.

I have found their sports bras are especially comfortable and supportive for the large busted. They clearly understand women’s bodies in their thoughtful designs.

Ordered 2 Bras. Unfortunately 1 was the wrong size in the packaging. I messaged Glamorise & had a reply almost immediately & the mistake was rectified immediately. I shall be purchasing again soon.
