Everything was simply perfect. The messages exchange with Paul Linke, who gave me advise on how to treat my hifi room, and did so with excellent results. The very swift shipment (and delivery) of the products I bought. The perfect condition in which they arrived. And the great difference it makes in how the music sounds.

If only there were more stars ...
If only there were 10 stars to give, yes I'd deffo go for it! Perfect service from the first contact and even after delivery. As a newbie to acoustic treatment, I felt so welcomed and although I'm pretty sure that was just a little-fish-order in comparison to full-studio treatments, I haven't had this feeling not a single second.
The quality of the products is outstanding too, and delivery was lightspeed-fast: I expected some 1-2 weeks of production plus delivery (to Spain), but received it all one week after ordering. Amazing.
Btw, whenever you doubt if it's worth to invest in room treatment even more (or at least before) than posh nearfields, hip amps, fancy interfaces and so on: Bury all these doubts. Just having put the half of all panels, I already noticed such a big difference, just by normal conversation. And having done everything, including new Neumann KH 120, this is simply fantastic.
What I ordered: RoomKit4, with modification upgrading from 242's for 244's (Full Range)

The acoustic elements I ordered (50Hz tuned bass traps and 1200×60 broadband panels244, full range) do exactly what they are supposed to and were easy to install. All my resonances from 80Hz are nearly ironed out! I could use some more 50Hz-Traps but everyone who tryed knows that you never have enough low end stuff ...
The smell of the acoustic elements is a bit unpleasant, but I think this will go away over time.
The service was excellent. I made a mistake when ordering. This was corrected despite my relatively late report. The documents were already in the factory and were changed there.
The delivery date was adjusted to my wishes and each of my numerous packages was provided with information about the drop-off location that I had previously provided in case I was not at home.
Ms. Lindsay Burns provided the best customer service a customer could experience.

Six stars: After replacing my old "high quality…
After replacing my old "high quality acoustic foam" they perform much better, with much less treatment quantity, and without dead sounding. My recordings are now really good. Six stars, the products are really pro looking and pro performing. Customer service really perfect. Acoustic consultant for free, and with neverending patience, I couldn't be happier.
A constructive comment: I think the products looks much better in the real life than in the website pictures. That's a good thing but I was a bit unsure about my purchase for that reason, so I think you'll increase your sales with better pics.

GIK, 1st Class Products and Service
Recently ordered the 2A Alpha Pro Series Panels but unfortunately one of the panels had been damaged in transit. However, the service from GIK was 1st class, just can't be faulted.
Within an hour of reporting the problem, had agreed a return/replace with GIK, then within the next hour had received the return parcel tracking, within 24hours new panel arrived, damaged one picked up, excellent.

I have nothing bad to say about my experience with GIK Acoustics. I started a dialog on the website about my issues with my room i wanted to use the acoustic products in and they where very helpful with finding the right products for my budget and telling me how i should put the acoustic products in my room to get most out of them. The delivery was fast and the products really did a huge difference and solved my acoustic problems. I will recommend GIK Acoustics anytime.

First time ordering, already planning a second. UPDATE: three seperate orders placed
I was after some acoustic panels for my home studio (after reading endless comments on how much it improves audio monitoring in small, square, untreated bedrooms). I went to my usual spots for tips (Sound on Sound magazine, Gearslutz forums) and saw GIK Acoustics recommended. I ordered two 244 bass panels in standard brilliant white (which look lovely btw, not creamy colored or dull/grainy looking) and was quoted 7 days to build and dispatch (orders are made for order), long story short they were delivered, signed for, without any damage within 3 days somehow (with tracking number e-mailed to me in advance, all day slot). Brilliant. I'm planning a second follow up order for some 242 panels at the moment. The panels are flawlessly tidy and clean, very nice indeed.
Although I'm giving this company 5 stars in my review there are a few areas where this company could improve in my opinion (although probably not essential considering their business probably isn't booming given the niche market, after all how often do you hear someone say they need acoustic panels? :p). Firstly I know these panels are large but £18 is still a little steep for delivery, I'd like to see this lowered in future if only slightly. Secondly, panels arrive with a small amount of picture wire, this stuff is inexpensive and I'd like to see a spare or longer piece included with products (similar to when furniture comes with spare screws in case you mess one or two up, some people like myself are DIY incompatible :p). One of the biggest annoyances is that the "Total" cost on items is displayed pre-VAT which in my opinion it should not be. Lastly, the website works perfectly fine for purchases and presenting product information, but for a first time buyer items could be categorised better. More consistent quality pictures (consistent higher resolutions, removal of annoying picture frame borders) would help the site seem more professional. If I'm being really picky, the choice of colours could be demo'd better with high res pictures.
Anyway, enough of me being picky check these guys out! recommended! :)

UPDATE: So I made my second order for three 242 panels, again fast delivery, no problems regarding delivery/damage etc. I've lowered my review to four stars however as two of my three 242 panels are missing half their eye hooks on the back of the panels (one was fine though). Meaning if I want to hang these two panels (which I do) I'll have to find eye hooks myself and screw them in. Obviously someone was rushing when they made these and I've now gotta go out of my way to fix the issue. A minor annoyance, but still an annoyance. I would still recommend these guys. 4/5
UPDATE 2: Placed a third order for two 242 panels and a cloud mounting bracket. First of all I noticed some of my previous review comments have been addressed, delivery prices have been slightly lowered and the website has had a number of small but effective improvements. This third order placed was again delivered fast on the correct day by UPS, the cardboard box had small fist sized bump/hole this time around however the panels weren't damaged which was my concern. I quickly noticed that the cloud mounting bracket was missing from my package after unboxing the panels, I sent an e-mail off to customer services on a Saturday afternoon and had a quick/simple reply apologising for the mistake and a promise that the missing bracket would be sent out first thing Monday, no gesture of goodwill offered. The bracket arrived Tuesday as scheduled, undamaged, although considering it's 6 screws and a thin metal bracket £15 is very expensive indeed. I've lowered the review score to 3/5 simply due to the fact I've had small but annoying problems with two out of my three orders. Although communication was good when dealing with these problems they shouldn't have happened in the first place, they could have been avoided with some really simple quality control before dispatch. I would still recommend this company's products because they are good and the issues I've encountered were small. I really hope they take this constructive criticism on board and improve in future because the products are very good :)
UPDATE 4: I've been contacted directly by "Dave" from the company, he has read my feedback here has broken down a list of changes that have been implemented in order to prevent the issues I've had from happening again. He's also taken some of the constructive criticism on board and made some changes (e.g. increased length of picture wire included, improved photos on the website). When contacted by Dave the message was extremely polite and I felt like the response to my feedback was genuine, for this reason I'm increasing my review back to 4 stars. If I order from GIK again in future and I do not have any of the small/basic problems as in my previous orders as promised, I will increase my review to 5 stars :)
