GIK produced my customised order as specified without any problem. As with my previous 2 orders, the acoustic panels were of excellent quality and I particularly like the extensive range of fabrics they offer. First class.

GIK Acoustics is offering great products but what's really outstanding is their customer service. Paul, my acoustic advisor from GIK, helped me transform my mediocre sounding listening room into an amazing space to dive into music. He even shared his vast knowledge in speaker design with me to make the best out of my setup in my particular room.

I have a problematic room, small square room, 4400x4200, with an uneven side that makes problems, and huge speakers, Focals Be 11. To be honest I didn't expect too much considering the room type and size, and my huge monitos, but after the treatment from Gik it sounds AMAZING.

I requested free acoustic advice from them before ordering anything and they responded super fast, like the next day fast. I was nicely surprised about that. And the free acoustic advice is nice, right? Kudos on that!

Luca, one of their experts, after emailing him the room measurements, recommended me the Soffit bass traps with range limiters in all the corners and 3 full range panels on the ceiling.

After I installed all the bass traps the acoustic is magical! The bass problem is completely gone but I can hear the meds and highs so well it's crazy.

The stereo image again is amazing now and it doesn't sound uneven in the room anymore. It sounds good in any part of the room and in the listening position it sounds godlike. And the new room measurements back up my claims, is not in my head, is not placebo.

Great experience with GIK. They really went out of their way to help analyse issues with my studio. I felt bad asking so many questions, but they always got back to me with super useful information.

Products arrived earlier than advised which was a bonus, and they ensured that this was ok before sending which I appreciated.

My order included some custom Monster traps, Monsters with FRT, some 242 and spot panels and a custom B4 bass trap. Craftmanship on all was absolutely first class.

I've even had a few questions for them since the order was completed and the customer service provided has also been exceptional.

It's really helped even out some low frequency peaks and troughs I was previously getting. In a perfect world I'd be working in a proper space, but they've made my nearly 200 year old Victorian basement with wonky walls and super low ceiling a lot more useable.

I'm so very pleased with the partnership I've felt from GIK. The room I need to treat isn't particularly complicated but it's my first treatment hence I'm cautious (read: paranoid).

I don’t have any background in sound engineering. I have a music hone studio with a mic and piano and i was looking for acoustic treatment. First i asked 3 companies to give me an acoustic treatment design. Luca from GIK have helped me in a great way! He asked me the right questions to get to a acoustic treatment plan that matches my purpose. And also the acoustic treatment i need. Nothing more. I have asked a lot of questions over a few weeks and i have never get the impression they get tired of me. So 5star rating ontm the advice and service! The quality of the panels looks great and i am very happy with the acoustic in my studio. Very hapy with the result and GIK!

After many hours of research and telephone calls, I have come to respect the science and physics behind room acoustics.
It would also appear that one size does not fit all and that specific treatment would be required per room. It has been a very steep learning curve. I have tried two different products yielding vast array of results...some good and some conflicting. So therefore it's back to the drawing board.

Would I recommend GIK Acoustics products ? YES.
The build quality, customer support and lead times are just excellent.
On this occasion, I would need to reconsider which path to go down to get the results I am looking for.

I recently purchased Q7D diffusers from GIK Europe. The products are excellent. Very sturdy and well-constructed. Customer service was superb as I needed some special assistance with mounting options. Price is very reasonable too. I highly recommend these guys.
