Well constructed and simple to hang. The order was filled very quickly and despatched with 3 days. It does exactly what it's meant to do and tames down reflections. Recommended.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish and great products. I took advantage of the free acoustic advice at the start and LR was very patient answering all my questions and explaining various bits and pieces to help me work out what I needed. He also helped me work out how to position my existing equipment to fit my room best. I then managed to mess up my order form (specified the wrong colour on a panel) which I didn't realise until the product arrived (which it did very promptly!). LB then did an absolutely fantastic job of sorting it out (and to just to be clear, that meant sorting it all out her end at absolutely no inconvenience to me) which meant that 48 hours later, the product has been swapped (new delivery and pickup of the original) and I haven't had to take time out of working to sort it out. GIK were recommended to me and I would have no hesitation in recommending them onto others. I can already hear the impact the move around and the products are having. Thanks ever so much for all the help all of you, much appreciation!

I ordered two Monster Bass Traps in a custom size to go with four other standard size panels that I already have. The turn around time for the order was impressively fast and the communication with the staff at GIK was excellent.

The same person communicated with me for the whole pre-order period and was aware of my specific needs.

After making order, I was immediately contacted by another sales person who became again single point of communication with GiK for me. I was informed continuously about status of my order. It took only 4 days to deliver ordered panels to Czech republic after I paid the invoice!

Build quality and packaging are really nice. Boxes were delivered slightly damaged by transport service, but panel inside were untouched due to additional protection inside of the box.

GIK's personal advice service is very impressive and helpful, and with top quality products to match, I couldn't be happier. The improvement in the rooms that I've treated is dramatic!
