Products look great and work well; plenty of choice in sizes and finishes. And good value. Also prompt responses to enquiries.

I used the GIK Room Acoustics Visualizer to get a good sense of how my room would look and avoid mistakes. Does take a while to learn how to use it productively.

Had one larger delivery that took over two weeks (many stops on the way from Poland) but another smaller delivery that took less than a week. Think it depends on the courier and/or the size of the packages.

I'd like to see more encouragement for customers to recycle the packaging as there is a lot of it; for example, the protective plastic bags the panels come in are unmarked but appear to be conventional and recyclable.

I had previously bought some bass traps but since that time they explained the design has been improved and so slightly different, asking if I wanted the new design or the older design to match my previous order. AMAZING!!!

I have been purchasing from GIK Acoustics for many years. Since the beginning, the standard products are actually improving in quality - amazing!
For example, my two most recent orders of CT Alpha Pro and some fully custom Tri-Traps, Monster Traps and ‘B6’ (custom thickness of B4) are excellent.
Furthermore, during the order process, the team at GIK Acoustics advised about a specific limitation to do with the type of cloth I had selected. Supremely professional of them!

I have purchased several times from GIK, and it has always been a pleasant experience. Both their products and customer service are excellent where regarding the latter, you are welcomed by real(ly nice) people that represent an aim to keep a good reputation.
Their prices are fair, and if you value safety, it is a no-brainer. Should it turn out that one day after all stone wool isn't to healthy to inhale anyway, and you have a two-year old wandering about, I personally, appreciate that the GIK-products have safety measures installed attending to this.

Courtesy and prompt assistance and product delivered on time. My Monster Bass Traps were able to eliminate the critical frequencies for a natural and neutral acoustics of my recording studio. Definitely recommended.

I have equipped my living room with acoustic modules. I previously carried out some measurements with REW and sent them to the GIK team.
I received very good and very patient advice. I had a really nice and competent contact person named Paul.
When we finished the design and I placed the order, the modules were at my home within 14 days.

Paul from GIK Acoustics has been the absolute best in terms of giving advice which as shown on the site actually is free and as someone who's just getting into the space of treating a room he made it very easy to understand. He also did a great job helping me find what the best method would be in terms of my specific setup and also provided what else we could do should I want to change it. I often see advertisements for GIK on various sites. Unfortunately, the prices are a lot higher when you go to their website than they are in the advertisements. Their website is slow and difficult to navigate. There is probably nothing wrong with the products themselves.
