The 5 stars is for my recent experience NOT for the spectacles.
I wrote here on the 28th January 2021 how useless they were. I was asked to “return” them to Nevada, USA, which I did at my expense £15.45.
They promised to give me a full refund when received, and they have done for which I thanked them.
I always deal with all customer services the same way: firm and resolute but politely and find this always pays off.

Appalling product. Not fit for purpose as area of corrected focus is tiny

Paid $67.95 for a pair of cheap plastic glasses that I wouldn't of given to my child. Website said they wanted you to get an RMA number and they wouldn't pay for return shipping. Irrelevant because you can't contact them, tried both phone and email to no avail. Ended up disputing the charge on my credit card.

I m sure its a scam no body answer phone and no response to the email. very pricy, and useless, don't buy.

I bought a pair of these glasses. When I opened tem they made me laugh. They didn't work and looked like kids toy glasses. Incidently you can buy them on ebay for about £4 although not even worth that. There was a return address on the package so I sent them straight back to that address asking for a refund. The address was 4PX Express UK.Co Ltd, Unit 5, Trident Way, Southall, UB2 5LF. I'm one of the lucky ones because I got a full refund. Phew! Don't buy from them. they're a rip off and I've reported them to trading standards and citizens adivce.

Do not buy it. Absolute crap.

Ordered two pairs of these glasses which when arrived are absolute rubbish. Really wished I had read the reviews before ordering an oversight on my part as I usually do. Doesn’t look as if I will ever get my money back so will be very very careful in future before I order anything.

Got the glasses don’t work cheap, and the biggest thing is they don’t answer phones , emails to return, don’t buy them , I’m doing a dispute with my bank trying to get refund probably not going to happen scam scam needs to be reported GG

DO NOT BUY! Cheap rubbish. Days of e-mails asking for photos to mail glasses to return depot in the U.S. Followed all instructions and now total silence from the company regarding a refund. Not only am I out the money for the glasses but also the cost of postage. Please do not waste your money. Not as advertised.

We had exactly the same experience...glasses are cheap and nasty and do not focus properly...DO NOT BUY!

purchased 2 sets of this item. Wife and I each tried both and tried adjusting glasses. Neither would focus sufficiently and vision was blurry. I just had cataract surgery and needed minor adjustment. These only made things worse. How do I get a refund? As of this writing I have not been able to find out how to return items and get refunds.

I found them totally unsuitable for my requirements.

This company sells adjustable glasses and promises a 30 day simple refund if not satisfied with the product. The glasses were terrible, and when we contacted customer support were told we had to post them back to Lithuania , tracked postage at our own expense. We have done this, but not holding our breath for a refund. Its certainly not as simple as promised on their website: 30 DAY MONEYBACK GUARANTEE
