My review is based on their customer service only; the product is 100% garbage. I purchased 3 pairs on September 16 and by October 8 I received my refund.
Once I realized that I had just purchased 3 pairs of toy glasses I immediately contacted the company to begin the return process. The replies were swift, organized, and accommodating. I took photos and followed their instructions to the letter and was given a choice of keeping them and being reimbursed for 50% or send them back at my own expense and receiving a full refund. I opted for option 2 and spent $20 to return them. The entire time I assumed I was being played but I kept it going. I was curious about the other reviews and how people were not receiving refunds.
My Visa was credited the full amount and the transaction is complete.
***I will be better at doing more research before ordering in the future.
DO NOT PURCHASE THESE GLASSES! THEY ARE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. It would be better for business if the company simply removed them from circulation and concentrated on better quality merchandise.

Don't buy these Glasses.
If you do and your not satisfied. You will find it VERY HARD to get your money Back.

I wish I could rate it 0 stars. They DO NOT work. Somehow they got a personal e-mail and sent correspondence to that e-mail and not a work e-mail that was used originally. They will not work with you on anything. Don't hold your breath for a refund or anything in a timely manner. You have to pay for return shipping OR get 50% off, you will not get a full refund with this company. They're junk glasses and you cannot report them to any kind of agency. They are sneaky and a complete scam that will not give you any information. I guess you live and learn but now out $140.

I have been working with this company for refound since March. Up to date, I’m still waiting for the refund as they had promised in the emails. I called them today and ask for a supervisor. The lady is the only one who can answer the phone. She said that she would get back to me after her investigation. Let’s wait and see!

I agree with these reviewers. These glasses are TOTAL JUNK. I've started the process to get a refund.. From these reviews it doesn't look like I'll get any satisfaction. DO NOT BUY THESE GLASSES.

These glasses are junk. False advertisement. They supposed to have a 30 day money back guarantee. Don’t believe them.

This is June 2021, but back in December 2020, the 13th to be exact i ordered two pairs of these advertised adjustable glasses. It took until Jan 15th to arrive. That very day, i emailed the company and started a long exchange about refunding my $153. They agreed to refund if i returned them. I packaged and mail them on Jan 27, 2020 this cost me $53. (I know its throwing good money after bad.) I felt that getting a $100 (the difference) was be better than zero. Now I’m $200+ out.
They agreed to refund within two weeks, that didn't happen. Now admittedly, i got busy and forgot about them, but now Jun 10th the parcel arrives marked by the company as ‘order expired’ with no dates. This is definitely a scam, and so disappointing that they are probably millionaires by now for what they have cheated us seniors and other out of. We have to count pennies, and we think we are doing our selves a favour when we are only shooting ourselves in the foot.

These glasses do no even come close to focusing on either eye. I could not see any thing at any distance (except a blur) after days of trying. Total scam. Seller refused to offer full refund and warranted on the website. After several emails back and forth the offer ~50% refund which I accepted because the effort was taking up too much of my time.

These are currently (May 2021) £5.99 on eBay!

I have just received your glasses and they just do not work for me, i did as per your instruction and some of my own, but no clear vision and i find them useless to use. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND PLEASE.

These glasses are nothing but plastic junk they do not work. and then try to get your money back. this is a scam. rip off do not buy and nobody answers any questions. and you cant get your money back. and my bank accounts were emptied I had to close my accounts. these people are liers and thieves. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Don't believe their add of 100% money back guarantee. Try getting someone to talk to, or better yet, try to find the page they give you on claiming a refund. Concept sounds good, advertising sounds good, but, in fact YOU will never get your money back.

I cannot believe people actually fell for this scam. The most ugly, cheap looking glasses if I can call them that. Taking the UK by STORM? that's the bit that says scam. Even the pound shop wouldn't sell this rubbish.
Ebay sells them at £5.99!

I agree with all the negative reports about this crap.Ordered one pair, they billed for two, and only one pair arrived. Absolute garbage. It's a scam

I bought 2 pairs for 98.00 when I got them I could not get them to adjust so I sent them back. they have had them for a month and no refund. I have sent over 15 emails to them and they never answer even though it says they will respond within 2 hours and a refund will be given at that time. they are a rip off do not buy from them. the glasses are cheap crap. and you cant get your money back. I am going to my bank and have them turned in to fraud and they will get my money back. one way or another I have to do what needs to be done when their is a company riping off people. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Dont waste your money on this piece of garbage, they dont work and it is impossible to contact them to return it

When I receive these glasses I found them of no help at all. They do not work and are no value to me.
I would like you to please credit my bank account with $153.93. I’m really sorry these glasses did not do what I expected them to do, as I was looking forward to using them.
Thank you for your prompt delivery and I want to know if you are paying for the return postage on these glasses? I feel that I shouldn’t have to pay for the return postage, please let me know.
