Not a UK site as advertised ordered on 4th Dec item coming from china , still not arrived as of 27th Dec ,now reading other reviews can see this is prob a counterfeit item, AVOID at all costs

Counterfeit seller. Do not buy.

I ordered two of what was described on their website as ‘Infinity Travel Pillows’. What arrived (direct from China with Chinese labels on the bag) were cheaply made tatty imitations of the Infinity Travel pillow. These are not genuine and there is no comparason to the quality of my genuine Infinity Travel pillows. Very difficult company to deal with, I had to chase them to be able to return the items - and ended up having to return at my own cost even thorough the fault was with them in falsely marketing a product and selling fake items (I paid over £10 to return them so I had definitive proof that they had been received such was my lack of trust in this company). I then had chase them for a refund. I will never buy from this company ever again so terrible my experience has been. I do not like leaving negative reviews as I’m aware this is someone’s business but my experience with this company has been appalling. Buyer beware!

Ordered a plushie on their website. They were gonna send off to their courier, Yodel who told me they never received the package. Emailed Pillow Uk about it and they told me they would check and get in touch with me. Two days later, no response. I sent another email asking whats going on. No reply. Had to email them saying that Ill be taking further action if nothings done about it. Immediately after I sent that, I get an email from them saying that my order was cancelled and refunded due to being out of stock... They told me they sent me multiple emails when they actually didn't. I even checked my junk mail and got nothing. Absolutely horrendous company. Poor communication. Don't buy from them. Never again.

I placed an order, paid in full, I received confirmation all was good, then a few days later received another email asking me to choose another item because my item was out of stock, a whale pillow which I did not order I contacted the company explaining, they apologised to me as the email was meant for someone else my order was fine, then two days later another email saying my order was being refunded, iv sent a number of emails trying to get some sense of it with no avail I have not received my order or my refund or an explanation but now I just want my money back I won't be ordering again.
