Terrible mattresses. Bought one and it started deforming after only one year of use. I rotated it regularly and it still ended up unusable. I have really bad back issues so having to sleep on this bed has been a torture.

Recommended by a friend, our space Saving oriental bed from Get Laid Beds did not disappoint. Ordering from the website was easy, with examples of how your frame will look with various finishes and extras with a great price considering it is solid natural wood, the options and being made to order. Delivery was hassle free with a delivery window on your chosen day, to help you plan your day. GLB customer service made things easier when we needed to update our contact details - thanks Steven!! Really happy with our choice of frame and it looks and feels great. 5 out of 5, no notes!

We visited the showroom today and bought an Oxford Bed. The sales consultant Spencer was brilliant. He welcomed us really warmly, and made sure we had the information we needed to make a decision. He was really knowledgeable, helpful and with his guidance we bought a beautiful bed. Thank you to Chris as well for pointing us in the right direction, We will definitely be back!

The beds are good, but don't buy the mattresses. Paid more than £500, after 2 years I tried to activate the warranty because the mattress became uncomfortable. With a sagging of 4.5cm, they said it was normal. I rotated the mattress regularly. No refund or exchange was offered. Stick to an Ikea mattress.

Spencer was great and helped me with ease, sorted the problem as soon as i told him what had occurred . Great service, highly recommend!

I have just made my second purchase of double bed and mattress from this company, returning as I was so impressed with my first buy. From ordering to delivery with ten days and the service throught, excellent. I have been regularly updated via email, informed of delivery time via text and a knock on my front door within 20 minutes of scheduled time. The entire process has been excellent and the product, I am over the moon with, excellent build quality and definitely value for money. I would recommend this company to all family and friends, worth every penny, excellent value for money and an old school approach to customer service.

The delivery was professional, clear and friendly - Adam and Sean were early, gave me a call with plenty of notice, quick to unload, and had very helpful information about the assembly. The bed itself is also lovely, will absolutely be recommending Get Laid Beds to others.

Had a minor issue with a bed I just had delivered. Elisha at Get Laid Beds dealt with my situation in a very quick and positive manner. This was an outstanding example of customer service. I’ve bought other beds from Get Laid Beds and they all have been excellent quality and they get the small things right - like the little cotton bag with the screws in. Problems are unavoidable but it's how you deal with them that counts - Elisha and Get Laid Beds have got this spot. I'm one very happy customer.

Lewis is 10/10 a good guy and helped very quickly when I had a question after already receiving my bed.

Paulo was brilliant. He kept me informed via text every step of the way… the day before a rough time of arrival, on the day an exact time he would arrive.
Paulo is a delightful man, polite and courteous. The bed was put up with professionalism and very quickly. All boxes were taken away.
If I needed another bed l would definitely use “Get Laid” again especially when they employees people such as Paulo.

From start to finish it was stress free.
