Short term North
Short term North. A joke. I didn't prebook. Spent 20 mins driving up and down looking for a space. Left and ring for assistance. Was told the car park was full. Cars were still coming in and no spaces. No staff on hand. No signs to say it was full. No lights above spaces to show them as vacant. A charge of 8 pounds for 30 mins. That's more than my pay rate. Only saving grace that they did not charge me on exit. Went to long term north where you have 2 hours free and a ten minute shuttle bus to the terminal. Would recommend this option. But not short term people fighting over spaces.

Easy to book
Easy to book. Although pricey I am pleased I paid for this service, as the car did not start when I collected it. The staff were very helpful and jump started it for me. I would have had to call out AA if I had parked at an outside car park and who knows how long that may have taken. The pre-arrival information could be improved. I went to the wrong floor initially. Overall a pleasing experience.

Great parking experience
As usual I arrived in the Gatwick valet parking area. I was greeted with a warm smile and through my previous experiences had total confidence in the service that was being provided. There are other companies that offer cheaper services but, I know my car will be looked after and returned to me in a nearby location. Well done to everyone involved!

The only difficulty I had was the options at the beginning. Quite hard to work out all the individual choices. I.e. long stay North, holiday Special, alternative parking companies. I choose the wrong one and was not able to swap as it was too close to flight date. That would have been a good option as it was the same contact number for both the providers I wanted to swap between. But now I know will use again.

Great service as use valet parking and never have an issue. Booking is simple and then just drop off and pickup on return. Makes life so much easier and can focus on the holiday instead of the parking.

outrageous - wont accept responsibility for damage
outrageous service. i will never use them again. i paid for valet parking. a knock has occurred whilst i was away. because my car is matt color they are trying to claim the pictures cant pick it up and they may or may not pay out. the manager on site even said ive seen from the photos you didn't have that damage coming in, i sent a screen shot of the anti theft alarm being triggered (when it was obviously knocked in their care) and the lady had the audacity to say anti theft alarms can be triggered by airplanes flying above. Absolute cowboys which i never ever expected from gatwick official parking.
