All great apart from one small thing
All great apart from one small thing. If I pay for Valet Parking, I expect the car to be right there, on the same level. It wasn't, we had to go down 1 floor in the lift. Small issue I accept but I pay extra to get that extra service.

Getting there was easy, but ...
Getting there was easy. Carpark worked. Buses worked both ways.
But, getting from carpark to airport exit was not clear. Admittedly pitch dark and heavy rain, which is not uncommon, but not much signage, so beware.

Spaces always available
Spaces always available, 10 minutes (maximum) wait for a bus and 5 minutes bus ride. It's probably the best option, still expensive to park but at least you know your car isn't going to be parked in a sketchy industrial car park.

Used the parking before and rebooked as found it to be very efficient and hassle free as so close to the terminal. Decided to treat ourselves to the fast track and car vallet service. Came home to a super clean shining car I did not recognise. Will treat ourselves and the car next time we travel from Gatwick.

Easy procedure to follow - valet parking signs very clear and obvious. Staff pleasant on receiving the car and office staff pleasant and efficient on return ( even though we came back on an earlier flight.

Very efficient Parking, helpful staff.
The drop off and pick up with this company was super easy. When the gentleman who collected the keys saw us walking away from the lifts he came after us to say we had gone the wrong way. We were actually getting a taxi to Heathrow as we were flying out of Heathrow and back to Gatwick. I felt that he went above and beyond.
