We have used Gateway mortgages for years and every time it has been a stress free experience. We had some home improvements that needed doing and after having a meeting with James and him working out all the calculations, we got the ball rolling and started the process. We have managed to do our kitchen/utility refurbishment, and we couldn't be happier. Karen and George kept us in the loop with what was happening, meaning that I didn't need to call or chase the solicitors. Once again thank you to the Gateway team for all your hard work.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. They go above and beyond to help you. You will get the best rates available to you for your mortgage.

But once you have your mortgage in place the service does not end there, you will be contacted by very polite and helpful members of staff that will assist you in any way they can to help your move go as smoothly as possible.

My personal experience was with Venessa and Karen. I can honestly say our move would not of happened without them.

Very happy with the service we received from James. We went to him as a second mortgage advisor and he picked up our case as soon as possible and got us accepted for our mortgage within 2 weeks! He could not of been more helpful! He also made it very easy for us to understand what is needed of us and the process! I could not recommend him enough.

Gateway Mortgages were recommended to us and we couldn't of asked for a better company!
James Hardy was approachable, reliable and listened to what we needed from the mortgage, he got us the best deal and had it secured quickly. His assistant Karen was equally fab she kept us up to speed and chased the solicitors where needed and they both answered my multiple queries with no trouble!
Highly recommend and will definitely be using them going forward when the time comes to renew etc.

We were waiting months for our mortgage to be approved with another mortgage adviser that I was forced into going with by the agent and it wasn't being approved so ended up going to Vanessa, (who I wanted to go with in the first place until the bloody agent messed us about) and she got everything done within 3 days without any issue and now we have a mortgage.
