Really happy with the service from my mortgage advisor. Louise and Cassie they were very helpful, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. My mortgage was accepted within just one week, which was amazing! I would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor.

Really good experience with Joanne Boulden, she made a confusing process feel simple and was always happy to explain things when we needed it. She helped us work out the best option for our mortgage and also sorted us out with better life insurance cover. Friendly, straightforward and really easy to deal with.

Joanne B was amazing from start to finish. She helped us as we came to the end of our 5-year fixed rate, talked us through all the different mortgage options and helped us understand what to do with our Help to Buy loan. Everything was explained clearly and in simple terms, which made the whole process much less stressful.

She really understood our monthly budget and worked around what was realistic and affordable for us. She also helped us review our life insurance and secure better policies. Really knowledgeable, patient and supportive throughout. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

5star experience from Sophie and Katie at the mortgage advice bureau! As first time buyers this can be so daunting, the girls were stellar! Proffessional, prompt, competent, patient. Can't fault them at all. It was a difficult purchase and chain lasting a whole year with far too many obstacles and we couldn't have done it as we did without them. A huge thanks and all the best to them! Tottaly and highly recommend!!!

MAB did my original mortgage in 2016 and made the whole process very smooth and easy to understand for a first-time buyer. I came back to them for my remortgage in 2021 and again in 2026 and it's especially good to work with a firm that people stay with - I had the same adviser, Amanda, for all three transactions despite them spanning ten years. The rest of the MAB team seems to have changed a bit more in that time but I've had excellent service from the admins every time.

As a first time buyer not knowing much about buying a house, mortgages, etc. Mortgage Advice Bureau could not have made it any easier for me. Fast communication throughout the whole process, the mortgage advisor explained the whole process and took care of the mortgage application and communication with the bank. I've just exchanged on my house purchase and I can't thank Louise Rusby and Cassie Coates enough for all their help. Louise has been amazing. She has been so responsive and helpful answering all my queries and calming all my worries throughout the whole process. When I was having issues with the sellers estate agents, she dropped everything and sorted my mortgage aip out and it was in my inbox in minutes. When I exchanged Cassie sorted out my insurance so Im covered until completion which I hadn't thought about. Together they have made my whole process of buying my first house on my own and extremely pleasant one.
