I couldn’t recommend them enough! We got to work with Lucinda (and Matt for life insurance) and she was so patient even when I was changing my mind & recalculating things last minute. We were seeking a mortgage at a very uncertain times, but Lucinda made sure we were well informed and managed to get the best deal for us! We will definitely be using MeetMargo again once our current term comes to an end.

I had a wonderful experience with Meet Margo. A special thanks to Miranda, who started off my journey and to Jordan who stepped in seamlessly. Buying a home is stressful enough, but Jordan really took the time to calm me down when I was reading too many news headlines and worrying about my mortgage offer. That level of reassurance made all the difference!

I didn’t have a great experience with Meet Margo. The initial chat with Anny was fine, but responses were slow and I ultimately felt fobbed off, as though my situation wasn’t really looked into properly. In the end, I was told they couldn’t help me.

I managed to get support elsewhere without any issues and secured a mortgage offer quickly.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience, as it didn’t feel like there was much effort to provide proper guidance or support.

I had a great experience working with Katie Crosby as my mortgage advisor. She was always available to answer questions, explained everything clearly, and helped make what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. She was very efficient and had me a fantastic deal on the same day as my telephone consultation. Everytime my mortage is due for renewal i always go to Katie she is amazing. 100% recommend meet margo:)

The service I received was great, from the initial meeting discussing what I needed for my remortgage, to the deal they found for me, to the case management after the deal (and particularly when I had to change conveyancer!).

Best broker I've used. So friendly and approachable but incredibly efficient. Even when the solicitors had made an error, Paige made sure it was sorted within 48h so that we completed on time as planned.
