Ordered from here as I was after a PS5 disc console and they offered the 3 monthly installments via Paypal, which other big companies didn't. Got in touch to ask couple of things and had very quick replies. Everything received as expected and within a few days!

What can I say,,,, very disappointed with this company.
I ordered a Nintendo Switch Pro controller, they showed them as available and in stock.
Guess what,,,,,,, NOT in stock, NOT available.
Yes, they gave me a refund, but I question the integrity of a company that advertises items for sale when they have no stock which equates to not being able to supply said goods!!!
I cannot recommend this small company to anyone as I have absolutely no faith in their ability to supply anything.
I have a strong felling that they carry no stock, and that they rely purely on wholesalers being able its fulfill their orders for them.
This is a very poor way to run a small business!
I won't be buying (or should I say attempting to buy) anything from this little shop again, and I recommend everyone to steer clear of them and go with someone more reputable!!!
Saying you have something when you don't? Sounds like Trotters Independent Traders to me!

This was a very simple input error into our stock system which was extremely unfortunate as we couldn't provide the service you deserved. However, throwing opinions around like we are a fulfilment centre or rely purely on wholesalers isn't very helpful, particularly when it isn't true. We pick and pack everything we send out. Hope you found your controller in the end :)
