Fraudulent charge or legit mistake?

Never used this company and still haven't. But, I opened up my bank account to find a $331.27 charge from this company that no one in my house can explain. It was almost immediately refunded by the company, I could see the refund as well as the charge. But the bank checked and could see that it was done on the company's end and not as a correction from the bank so I had to close my debit card as a precaution.

Ordered an xbox for my daughter and it…

Ordered an xbox for my daughter and it came the next day. I was a bit sceptical ordering from somewhere I haven't ordered from before but the communication and ordering was amazing and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would recommend to friends and family and order from here again.

The game you ordered was compatible with Xbox Series X only. It states that on the web page. We've offered you a return which we still haven't received.

Wrong headsrt

I orderd wrong head set for my son ps5 so i got in touch and was given address to send it back and thay would send ne a ps5 one as soon as thay reseve the one i had backand to send them a phote of receipt from post office thay have alwas replied to my emails that i have sent great communication .

Very poor

Ps5 controller turned up in undamaged box with the main button missing also side was unattached and scratches was supposed to be brand new gaming hound have asked for pictures trying to say damaged in transit if that was the case then the button would be in undamaged box, also saying controller box has been ripped open but that’s what kids do not thinking a brand new product would be so unusable, gaming hound very unhelpful and trying to say it’s our fault and are not taking any responsibility- paid £65 plus £5 delivery disgusting customer service don’t buy from them suggest using reputable online store like game or Argos anyone but this site

We are disappointed to receive a 1-star review regarding the PS5 Camo DualSense controller you purchased on the 22nd of October. Gaming Hound prides itself in providing top-quality service and products and wants to make it right.

All our items are brand new, with the manufacturer's seal and sent directly. Any report of damaged or faulty goods is taken seriously, with processes in place to assist our investigation.

We requested clear photographs of the damage, including the back of the controller and the base of the packaging to verify the serial number, something you did not provide.

We were not satisfied with the images, however, we supplied the details required to return the item in order to offer a resolution.

You highlighted it's possible the damage happened in transit, which we affirmed you could refuse a delivery however the packaging was intact from the images you sent.

We have yet to receive the reported goods.
