The mirror quality is more than worth the price. The delivery was very easy and the driver went out of his way to help me carry the mirror inside safely. Would highly recommend.

This is only my second purchase from Future Glass, but I'm impressed.

Both orders were delivered super fast and the couriers used by Future Glass were great. The items were heavy and they even took one inside when I wasn't there to help.

Everything about Future Glass was easy. The website was user friendly, I ordered and paid with ease. The item arrived very quickly and delivered to the right place. The package was packed carefully. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I called yesterday with a question and my question was answered quickly

Stock was on preorder but arrived in perfect condition earlier than expected.

Although the mirror is amazing the service was terrible. I called prior to making my order to find out if it was possible to delay dispatch as I hadn't moved into my new house and wanted it delivered directly there. The person I spoke to said that would be fine just place the order and email or give us a call back. Once placing the order I emailed then decided to call anyway. I was told it was sorted and would be delayed a week. The next day I received an sms with a tracking number saying the mirror had been sent. I called again and they said not to worry it had just been assigned a consignment number and the message was automated. Later that day I received an email from your team saying that in fact the mirror had been sent and they would contact the shipping company to have it postponed. On Monday I received another email from your team saying they hadn't heard back from the shipping company but would try again. On Wednesday I received an sms saying the mirror was being delivered. I called again and they said hey would get back to me. 4 hours later they called and said that delivery had been attempted and they left a slip so I would need to go and get it. I told them I don't live anywhere near that house and they suggested I called the shipping company and sort it out. The shipping company was unable to delay the delivery so I ended up having to have the mirror delivered to my very small house while I was trying to have photo's take for it to be put up for rent. Then I had to employ a removalist company to take it to my new house as I couldn't fit in my car. I believe the team put in barley any effort to actually stop the delivery other than an email.

Tried ordering these mirrors through Bunnings and had a terrible experience, after months and months of delays they ended up canceling my order, so I ended up ordering directly through the website and had my mirrors very fast, with in a week, in perfect condition.
