I recently purchased some tiles and transition rods from Beaumont Tiles, Woolloongabba. I appreciated the friendly, professional and very helpful staff at this business. Highly recommended.

We went to many tile shops looking for tiles for our kitchen splash back. This was the only shop that had what we both loved, and we were not settling for second best.

Beaumont tiles brands itself as competitive. We were quoted for kitchen tiles at $269 per sqm. We approached another highly regarded store and the exact same tiles, from the same company And the quote was $209 per am. A difference of $60 per sqm is inexcusable from a large company that trades on trust and reputation.

People who served me were great no doubt!

There's a big disconnect between a physical store activity and online store activity. They don't talk to each other. For bigger picture and should consider it's one brand that holds the value so they must find easy solution for customers. This is not about which store's profit bucket.

I ordered additional tiles one week after initial order. Price had increased in one week AND they stated I had to pay $55 for the inconvenience of me picking them up from the Warehouse in Rochedale. When I questioned why, they said..the warehouse staff need to be paid!! However, I could wait 3 days and get it delivered to the Woolongabba store at no cost. How does this make sense! I drive one hour round trip to collect AND pay $55?? What nonsense. The guy at the warehouse said if I'd just turned up at the warehouse I could have ordered and paid for them there avoiding the Franchises $55 charge! The aggressive guy at the Franchise in Woolongabba said it was a Company corporate charge! Someone is telling porkies! I was about to spend another $1000 on fittings but I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered online. My invoice stated the delivery address for pick up was in Cairns on Mulgrave Road. Travel to there is 90 mins one way. I arrived at the store to be told no we don't have stock here, travel to another outlet on the other side of town opposite Brothers Leges Club. That address happens to be a plumbing outlet, no Beaumonts Tiles anywhere on that street, AT ALL. I noticed a tile place about 600 metres away from the club which was ONLY called Tile Depot. I went in & asked where Beaumonts might be & was informed 'oh, that's us'. Zero signage to inform that it is a pick up point for Beaumonts, zero correct directions from the branch that sent me there (and a very smart mouthed gent who spoke to me like I was an idiot for turning up ther) & totally incorrect information for pick up (not even mentioning a place called Tile Depot) on the tax invoice. After spending more than $5k on tiles in the last 2 years from this company, I will never again buy from this company nor recommend it to anyone.

We can’t speak highly enough of the service at Beaumont Tiles Wonthaggi, Victoria. In particular the help from Caz. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none. She guided us through our bathroom renovation in such a way that made it a fun experience. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her patience was endless. I ordered tiles that stated in stock online when selecting my local store however once my order was placed and paid for it told me it will take 7-10 days to deliver from the warehouse. I don't understand how or why, if in stock at my local store, this local stock can't be used for my order.

Helpful showroom staff assisted in choosing tiles to bring my ideas to reality. Quote was quickly put together. It was no problem making minor adjustments to the quantities. Tiles arrived quickly, no problems with pick up. They’ve been laid now and look great.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Definitely recommend the Townville Beaumont team!

Our experience with Matilda (Tilly) was great. She was extremely helpful and knew what she was talking about. She was able to answer any questions we put to her without hesitation. Tillys after sale service also was very good, and responded to an enquiry we had immediately. Thank you Tilly, I hope your team value your customer service! This was Warragul Store.

I ordered 3 boxes of a chosen tile and when I went to pick it up they had individually packed 3 tiles.

Update: thank you, they sent me the correct quantity and gave me free delivery for inconvenience

Helpful assistance over the phone, quick delivery with in the time frame given

We ordered tiles online and received them promptly, however the delivery service was poor. We had asked to be notified of the delivery time, but were instead just met with the delivery truck showing up with no prior notice. This was despite calling the company and being told that they would provide us with a delivery time. Despite going out of our way to be present for the delivery, the tiles were dumped in our front yard with no attempt to put them where we wanted in our (very easy to access) garage. Typically poor service that characterises so many trade companies. We paid $100 for that extremely poor delivery service.

The staff in the showroom did not seem to have any knowledge of tiles, and were not forthcoming with information.

What a disgrace Beaumont…we attended the store in Midland WA today to purchase some tiles…when asked when we needed them by we advised immediately only to be informed that no stock is kept on the premises but at a warehouse in Canningvale so we could either wait until Monday (today is Thursday) & the stock would come into the store for us to collect or we could attend at the warehouse and collect the tiles and be charged $45 for us to use our petrol & spend our time collecting the tiles….so we pay you $45 for us to do the running around???are you kidding ???in what bloody universe am I going to pay you for me to do the running around(not ever going to happen) & now I read that if people return unused tiles you charge them a restock fee???seriously…& your company is represented on The Block…shame on you…your customer service is a disgrace….

Ordering online was easy, management of collection was easy and collecting the tiles from Marleston was efficient and staff were very helpful and quick.
