Shady business. Future glass has held my funds hostage and won't issue a refund for a very simple change in order. Support took weeks to ever reply. And the items that finally did get delivered took a month longer than promised throwing out time lines. Quality of the fixtures is poor too - wouldn't recommend dealing with this company, look elsewhere.

My builder wanted me to pay $2000 for a single panel shower screen, another quote was $800. all up from Future glass (panel/delivery/brackets/ other hardware store items) came out to $400, and 2 hours installing.
I'm happy with the product, I got one with a rounded corner (which wasn't in the previous quotes) looks great and delivery to SA came in about a week, and with good communication. Cant complain at all, everything went seamlessly. I Highly recommend

Shower glass doesn't have the safety stamp/mark indicating compliance with AS/NZS2208 and AS/NZs1288. So we had to remove and replace in order to get our OC. Called company and they say one thing on the phone and then don't follow up. We purchased it Dec23 installed Jan 24.

Very happy with our purchase and could not fault these guys in any way.
If you are looking at their product, do not hesitate. They are as good as they appear.

I purchased a shelf from Future Glass and extremely impressed with customer service.
Contacted me once ready for dispatch to agree delivery date, which was soon after ordering. It arrived following day, on date agreed.
The shelf couldn't have been better, edges were better than I expected and package was extremely well wrapped.

The original product I ordered was too big and the return process was quick and simple. Correct product is now installed and looks great! product and service from Future Glass is excellent

Mediterranean mirror came within two days. Very well packaged and better looking than in the website photos. Very pleased.

They sent my mirror off and it was held up somewhere, I contacted them and they told me there was nothing they could do - essentially too bad, but also said in the same email that they would chase it up if I had not seen it in 2 weeks. I eventually got it and it arrived broken and glass went everywhere, my child ended up having glass in their foot on two different occasions bexwuse I can’t seem to get rid of all of the pieces.

I contacted them 4 times - twice by calling and twice in email - again they told me they’re busy and they will get to me. I’ve waited another week with no response. They emailed me to write a review and I did and it has now been deleted. I’m still waiting for a replacement mirror.
They’re quick to take our money and leave customers in the lurch.

I lodged a poor review based on disrespectful and bad service. Interestingly it hasn't made it onto their website. I also noticed nothing was below a 4 star review. So obviously they are screening and selecting for favourable opinions, not honesty.

Zero response, late delivery with no ETA. Never using this company again

Amazing mirror and delivery was so quick. The mirror came packed so well, very unlikely it would be damaged!
I love love love my purchase. I would say the quality is fantastic (the frame) and I love the crisp look of the actual mirror! Highly recommend!!

Our new mirror is beautiful and such high quality and what’s more it was so much more affordable than other name brand furniture stores for almost the exact same product. So glad I purchased from here.
