Delivered to sheltered accommodation to 94 year old. Put the back on the chair put the plug in and left.
Only one controller for massage none for rise and recline which is the main reason ordered. I tried to call them back no answer. Emailed and called.. no answer. Paid for assembly and show how to use.. crap service

We were expecting our delivery next week but it arrived a week early which was a very nice . The service from start to finish on the delivery was excellent.
The 2 drivers were nice and friendly and arrived within the time they said they'd be here.
What i appreciated about my delivery is the call before my package arrived. I worked close to home so the call provided, gave me sometime to prepare and get home and wait for my collection. Drivers were very pleasant and courteous even when questions were asked. Looking forward to conduct more business and I cannot wait to open my gazebo. They also advised that they do installation, so i will think about that as well. Thank you Furdeco, the service was amazing!.
Perfect delivery, love customer service when I spoke with you…
…except for one moment where I’d received a voice message asking me to confirm the delivery time -
“ please reply to the message we have sent you by typing. Yes.”
I did but…
1. The text message didn’t ask for a Yes or No response
2. When I text back Yes - the response then made me nervous that you thought I wanted to be cancelled:
“ There has been a problem Declining your delivery date. Please contact us on 01212 855 255 to discuss your delivery options.”
So I then felt had to call to resolve and waiting from customer No20 in the queue to No2 when I was cut off and had to rejoin at customer No28.
Awful experience. Delivery drivers called to say that my delivery address had taken them to a Lidl store in another village. Extremely unhelpful when trying to direct them. Tried telling me that to get to my delivery address was 20 mins away, not true, it was 5 mins away in the next village. They asked me to share my live location to them and hung up on me. Their “office” called me and were just as unhelpful.

Loved the interactive map but delivery window was missed by nearly an hour. 50 minutes before they arrived they were shown as being 5 minutes away. As actual delivery took 2 minutes I don’t know why they couldn’t have delivered to me before they took an hour long break.
However, when they did eventually arrive they were pleasant and did carry it down the drive for me.
