Delivery 3 days later than booked

Delivery 3 days later than booked. Driver arrived today at wrong area, very poor English, difficult to communicate over phone. Then received call from head office, again very difficult to understand, but i think you wanted to re -deliver at another time, just because driver had to wait in queue to enter goods in. Finally convinced driver to stay and got unloaded.Very poor service and certainly would not recommend

Just dumped it in the middle of the living room and left didn't ask for my name or order number and moaned as i have a step they found it hard to get down

Excellent delivery service

Got a phone call from the driver to say what time he’d be with me.
They arrived just as expected and asked where I wanted the parcel.
Very professional and polite.

Fabulous delivery team

Team arrived and while unpacking my sofas noticed there was damage to one of them, they got on the phone straight away to ncf and reported the issue. They delivered the sofas, removed shoes before coming in even though they weren't asked to and took away all the rubbish, very happy
