When purchasing you’re given the dimensions of the freezer, not the box the freezer comes in. I was given the choice of having no freezer or having a freezer left in my garden.

Unreliable
Having been given a time slot between 7 - 10am, I sat for 3 hours, before receiving a call from the driver to say he was 10 to 15 minutes away at 9:55. He arrived at 10.45. No apology or explanation. Unfortunately, this means the company who I ordered from will receive no further orders. I'll stick with amazon.
