They do not listen 4 times they tried…

They do not listen 4 times they tried to deliver after explaining were only available Fridays pm each time they tried Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday one Friday they called I said please hang on 5 mins while I call my husband they would not wait the driver then said can I give them permission to leave in a safe place? Yes of course I told them where gave code access all cameras there to then have a call to say cannot leave there so by this time my blood is boiling managed to get it this morning hey ho all 4 corners of the package is damaged I said that’s not good I hope the item is not damaged it’s cost a lot of money his reply was if there’s any damage contact the retailer I bought it from I would not buy from this company again due to the delivery company they use also what company don’t work weekends these days for people that work long hours fuming

One phone call 30 minutes before delivery to get final instructions and address details.
Team D29 Varun & Sahil arrived early and delivered the heavy bbq straight to exactly where we wanted it.
