SCAMMMMMM!!!! Please stay away from this company do not use this website.. Said they can provide cheap flights but it not . Rude customer service would not let you speak to ask for a refund.

If I could put no stars I would....total scam artists. They sold my credit card number and I have been scammed out of over $2,000 because of them.
As others have stated they promise to send tickets but never do.....

Complete scam… don’t buy tickets from them, same situation as I’ve just read here…. They kept telling us that we would receive our tickets in the next few hours 12HRS AWAY FROM OUR FLIGHT… all the personnel said the same thing and wouldn’t even let you talk.

on 11/11/24 i purchased 2 plane tickets from ohio to florida called and verified flight with flight nest and ws told by them i would have my tickets 48 hours before flight ,11/20,24 was contacted by them saying they could not confirmation from airline ,i contacted them about flight and was told by them that they cancelled the tickets because of no seats available so i requested a refund was told i would receive an email with refund info by 9m ,so on 11/21/24 i contacted them about refund info that i had not received and again said i would have it by 9pm , 11/22/24 contacted them again because i still did not have refund info and they again it will be done today , i informed them if i did not get refund info today my next course of action would legal action

Scam …… !!!!!! Company stay away

The worst, they told me I got you. They sent an email were I should confirm all the information, and I confirmed . 2 days I was waiting for the delta confirmation. Called and and asked them for the booking confirmation. They told me we have no tickets for you. Shame, shame on them for ruin people’s planes, vacations

If I could give them no stars I would. I bought a ticket from them and then airline cancelled my trip. So since I purchased ticket from them I had to request a refund from Flightnest. They told me I had a credit of $460 from an email they sent me. I just went back to them to purchase another fight and they said they didn’t recognize my credit even though I had an email from them. Please see other reviews before you do any business with Flightnest

I ran across Flightsnest when searching for tickets online to go to Albuquerque for my brother's memorial funeral. Started on Wednesday, Sept. 11 with Marshall Jones. He said the tickets were $529 each (total of $1,056) for me and my brother, we are both from Tennessee.
And that it would take 24 -48 hours to get them from Delta. I followed up on Thursday, 9/12 they were not ready, Friday the 13 they still were not ready. On Saturday called again, left message, he called at about 4 pm and was to call me back in 45 minutes as I was eating. He didn't call back. I called again on Sunday and of course he was off. Spoke with Alex, David, Jenny explaining my situation of need to get to NM. Having to tell them the whole situation and need help getting from Knoxville to NM. Jenny Smith promised to have tickets to me ready to print on Monday, Sept. 16. Monday morning Jenny hurriedly told me the tickets would be ready, but they were $1398.95 and assured me they would be emailed to me by that evening by the time she got off at 6 pm. I called for her at 5:30 and she was already gone. Hugo answered the phone, wanted to take my number for a return call TOMORROW. This was after 21 calls to this booking company from Wednesday, Sept. 11 thru Monday Sept. 16, and being on hold 20-25 minutes each time. I wasted my time. Don't do the same. They are a bunch of inefficient, lying people. They pretend to be sympathetic with your situation, and full of empty promises that they cannot keep. Prices they give are supposed to be "Promotional" prices between them and the Airlines but in the end the airlines (Delta and United) "denied"
the request. False advertising on their website, with prices to "Hook" you in being $269 per ticket. My younger brother here and I will end up driving to Memphis to visit with my sister, who lives there; she and I and my brother here will be flying Spirit Airline on Oct. 3-7 for $386 each. Just in case the readers of this review are close to Memphis, or can book directly on Spirit, do so. Flightsnest should be closed down with Marshall Jones, Jenny Smith, David, Alex, Hugo fired!!!!!

Flights Nest is a complete and TOTAL SCAM. It is a BAIT AND SWITCH company. Do not use it!

Here's the gimmick. They quoted a "low" price which I reserved. Then several days later, they called me and said that the price had gone up and they could not honor the price they quoted me. They offered me a substantially higher price but "lower" than what the airlines were currently charging. Such a SCAM!

When I spoke with them and tried to get them to honor the original price, they were very rude, and said the booking web page warned that this might happen. The warning, and the consequences, were not clear.

This SCAM ruined my trip. I cancelled the flight and had to cancel car and hotel reservations etc., that I had made in the interim. BEWARE THE BAIT AND SWITCH AND THIS SCAM. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY.
