Company is a SCAM . Looked into it and they are not connected to better business berea at all and I have the proof. I booked a flight for my family for $512 and got scammed. Do NOT book with these people. You’ve been warned

Really appreciate the service I recieved from the flight booking agent Hugo. He was consistent and followed up as promised for the flight ticketing and check-in

I have to thank Jenny Smith for this trip too. She provided me with excellent flight from LAX to FLL and with best price and seats. I enjoyed my trip to Florida as well. I trust and like to work with Jenny for all my trips.

Hugo got me the best ticket price for my round trip fare to Hilton Head SC from Madison WI. He always responded to my questions and requests.

February 24th 2025- I bought round trip tickets 2 months ago. Received my flight ticket 36 hrs before. I called American to verify the flight because of the reviews. American stated that the ticket was just paid for less than 24 ago and it’s only a 1 way ticket, and it was booked with a different credit card. American also stated that it looked like the company tried to book the return flight but cancelled it multiple times because it had 11 different confirmation numbers! Thank god I booked extra flights just in case weeks before after I read reviews! I was able to use the ticket that global flight catchers (flights nest) gave me for my flight out. They then called me 2 days before my return flight was supposed to leave and stated that the flight was completely booked and wanted me to change my dates! I obviously told them no and I wanted a refund. They are supposed to issue my refund! We will see!

Also, my friends went through the company to and was supposed to join us on our trip to Colorado but was not able to come. They received the tickets the night before they were supposed to leave and 1 was able to get a boarding pass but the other was not. American said that they would need to come to the counter. So they got up the next day for their flight early, went to DFW, and was told that the ticket did not go through. Basically the payment that the company submitted did not go through and they didn’t have tickets at all. The company told them that the ticketing office wasn’t open yet that they a
Would have to leave the next day! My friends decided it was too much of a hassle and went home very upset that their first ski trip was ruined! They had already paid for a condo for 4 nights! They will not be able to get that money back!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Would give this a 0 star if I could. Purchased flight tickets in January for a flight in February to go skiing. Got tickets sent the day before the flight. Tickets were invalid and I had to contact them from the airport and the offered next day flight. Already packed, had an Airbnb booked that we got with friends and never took our trip! A truely embarrassing experience at the airport and to our friends. Never Never buy from this company!!!

I have to be honest, I was a tad skeptical using this 3rd party booking my flight for a business trip last summer, however I must say it was an absolute pleasure doing business with Flightsnest and Hugo was superb at answering all of my questions professionally and promptly! My name is Mayra Rosado please stay away from this company. What are they doing is not right. I supost to be going to my island on december 2024. I book the flight on september and we paid them to go through Delta and went i check the week before my flight they canceled> And I been calling flightnest because they said the was gonna send me the refund and I been waiting more then one month and i did not receive anything yet. Please be aware do not trust this company ever again

You can be booked and ticketed and your travel plans can be changed ant any time. Upon departing my flight was moved from one Airport to another that was costly, upon receiving booked tickets and despite being checked in at the gate we were told our tickets were refunded and to be told they couldn't get us a flight out. Therefore leaving us to purchase new tickets. A a refund that was to given never given as stated.

Jenny was fabulous! She took a difficult flight request and did her best to satisfy my wishes. She is an asset to your company. She followed up with me every step of the way. She is a good listener and a great communicator and she is so patient. Thanks for having this quality person representing your company.

Our experience with this service was highly disappointing. Initially, instead of booking a straightforward itinerary with direct flights to Peru via Miami, we were subjected to multiple layovers, which made the journey unnecessarily complicated. To make matters worse, they failed to secure our return tickets as promised. We only discovered this issue when the airline informed us that our tickets didn’t exist—leaving us stranded in Peru. The customer service team provided little assistance and added to the frustration with unclear communication and a lack of accountability. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this service.

FRAUD...I booked 2 reservations..got call the return tome is different on them..it would cost '350 more!! I went and got printed flight confirmation...I did NOT book different times...cant get a supervisor...some foreigner committing FRAUD. .
