Feedback on Flightnest.com Experience:
When I purchased my airline tickets, I compared prices from several travel agencies like Expedia, Booking.com, Kayak, and Travelocity. While searching for the lowest fares, I came across Flightnest.com. I entered my travel dates and received a quote of $3,188 for four people. I submitted all the necessary information, including payment details.
After booking, I called to confirm, and to my surprise, the representative informed me that the airline didn't have enough seats for four people. Within moments of submitting my information, the price increased from $3,188 to $4,899. The representative claimed this was a discount compared to the "actual" price of $8,884, even though I was told to check the United Airlines website for prices. He also insisted that they are not directly connected to the airlines, but somehow receive promotional emails from them.
I explained to the representative that I have booked through other agencies like Expedia, CheapoAir, and ASAP Tickets, where the quoted price remains consistent until checkout, only adding taxes, seat selection, and travel protection fees. However, at Flightnest.com, the price started at $727, then increased to $976, and continued to rise to $1,999 per ticket, with each discussion about price resulting in a higher quote. The representative kept saying that prices were changing due to updates from the airlines or seat availability issues.
In contrast, I had an excellent experience with ASAPTickets.com, Experia.com, Travelocity. where the prices were transparent, seats were guaranteed, and the final cost was as expected with understandable additions for insurance and taxes. My experience with Flightnest.com was frustrating and confusing, unlike any other travel agency I've dealt with.
Please stay away from Flightnest.com. It is a pure scam. Their prices are misleading, and they increase unexpectedly after you provide your payment details. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this website. the representative is HUGO.

HOW DO I MARK MINUS STARS?

This website is a SCAM!! Their price was 15% lower than other sites. BUT after putting in my credit card, I noticed that the reservation was "in process" rather than 'confirmed". The next day after being contacted "to explain Delta Airlines basic economy restrictions" they revealed that they would NOT make my reservation until the day before my scheduled flight AND that there currently NO SEATS AVAILABLE at that fare class, and if none came available they would then refund my money and I would be ticketless the day before my trip! Wouldn't I rather upgrade to a higher fare with a guaranteed seat......

In sales, this is called BAIT AND SWITCH!

I have now lost the next lower fare from a legitimate website.

The day after we gave them our credit cards we were hacked.other reviews said the same.
They added fees the airline had no idea what they were.
Tried every way not to give us a credit they promised even though we had an email . With credit , flight cost more than if we would have booked it ourselves.
Every employee we asked for either no longer worked there or was on vacation.

Hugo was very nice but the lower priced flight I booked and thought I had
was unavailable. It seemed odd, why do they allow you to book a flight and then call the next day stating you have to pay a higher price for the same flight? It originally was $254 cheaper, now $100 cheaper than if I booked direct but still unsettling when dealing with an online company for the first time.

Same SCAM!!! Avoid using this company at all cost. Pay more and actually get your flight elsewhere, it's worth it. This company cancelled out cheap flight and called to offer another option for hundreds more. Not worth the waste of time.

Scam! Scam! Careful! Careful! Awful experience with this company. I booked the flights for 3 persons and 3 hours later they called me that flight is not confirmed as there is no seat while i called the Airline and they said there are plenty of seats available. They canceled the booking because prices went up and they are not providing what announced and offered. They offer cheap price once you booked, they call you back, cancel the booking and offer you option with triple price. Customer service is Zero.First he thought i am Pakistani so 20 time he said F**ck you Pakistani. When i said i am not Pakistani he started F**ck Bangladesh people. He is threatening me that i have your address and family members name. I had thousands trip but never had such bad experience when booking ticket. It is a scam. Be careful.
