Very impressive experience
Very impressive experience with Belinda. Lawyers are usually painfully slow but she was lightening quick, emails over the weekend, shortened the re-mortgage process to a matter of days not weeks! Will use again.

I used Fidler and Pepper's will writing service. Melissa Butler dealt with my request. Communication was excellent. All queries were answered. On the day of attending, I was welcomed by reception staff and Melissa. Melissa went through each part of my will before I signed and staff at the solicitors witnessed. A professional service from start to finish. I will certainly use Fidler and Pepper in the future and I recommend them.

Review of Sales and Purchase through F&P
This was my experience which was very average. The one good thing was the speed from start to completing but this lead to missing things. It also cost me an additional £315 which I will not see again!! As they didn't listen to me when the buyer asked for building certificate for an extension. Which I provided F&P twice via email and once via hard copy post. They then said I had to pay for this via insurance, I then spoke with the buyer who was happy without the certificate but according to F&P was too late! £315 doesn't sound a lot but it's a lot to me and my family. F&P have an app which was ok but not as clear as every message you send on it gives you an out of office message, meaning lost of messages. I also received messages which were sent to me in error confusing the situation!!
I also asked for a declaration of trust which has still not been completed. I have now posted a hard copy twice. Once with another document (which they've received) but saying they haven't leading me to believe they are not very good with paperwork! I also confirmed via app and email that I wanted to go ahead with this and still received a message saying because we haven't heard from you we assume you don't want to proceed!! I then rang and asked them how do I clearly communicate with them as they are not receiving or acknowledging my messages. They did apologise and said mulie people have access to my file and messages have been sent in error!!
Overall I know conveyancers have a lot of work to do and legal compliance but they are the professionals and I don't believe F&P gave me their full attention and support on this sale and purchase.
I'm more than happy for them to reply or reach out and I'm sure they have had many happy customers.

Exceptional efficiency and diligence throughout, which made my remortgage experience very informative and stress free. Justina and Lauren are a wonderfully friendly and formidable team.
