Excellent service – proactive, responsive, and genuinely went the extra mile
After a very frustrating experience with my sale, working with Fidler and Pepper on my purchase was a breath of fresh air. Their service was consistently professional, responsive, and proactive from start to finish.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I was kept regularly updated without having to chase, which made a huge difference compared to other parts of the chain. They were clearly on top of things at all times and worked efficiently to keep everything moving.
What really stood out was how proactive they were in chasing my sales solicitor. Given the delays and lack of urgency I experienced elsewhere, it was reassuring to have a solicitor who was actively pushing things forward and trying to keep the transaction on track.
A special mention goes to Sam, who demonstrated a real commitment to client care. Staying after hours on the Friday to ensure everything was completed in time shows a level of personal dedication that is rare to find. That extra effort made a significant difference and relieved a great deal of stress at a critical point in the process.
Overall, Fidler and Pepper provided a level of service that combined efficiency, clear communication, and genuine attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive conveyancing solicitor.

By far the most relaxed conveyancing experience - and I've done a few! Emma Scollick and Georgie Guest handled my remortgage and everything happened like clockwork. Their online file progression system was efficient and effective - so much so that I only had to speak with the office once, and just for a minor clarification. More than happy to recommend/use them again.

I used Fidler & Pepper for my house purchase.
I used Fidler & Pepper for my house purchase and overall had a positive experience that could improve, so I would give them 4 out of 5 stars.
The process was handled professionally and everything was completed correctly. However, communication could have been better throughout. There was a heavy reliance on the app, which I often found difficult to follow, and there were not many opportunities for direct human interaction. I also found it disappointing that there was no physical office where I could meet the solicitors in person.
That said, the team were professional and the work was completed successfully, so overall I was satisfied with the service.
