I got a key chain for my daughter for Christmas with our beautiful late Bellas picture on it. It was absolutely fantastic, beautifully made and exactly like the picture. My daughter’s reaction when she opened it was just priceless. She was so surprised and sooo happy.

Fantastic product which would have been given 5 stars the accuracy of the finished product is astonishing. I haven't gifted it yet, but I’m sure it will be well received.

1 star deducted due to the really long production and shipping time and relative cost. Sure the comms are reassuring, but they are automated and time is still time.

Product came out great, exceeded expectations, looks exactly like the picture I sent in, my partner was very pleased. Good communication from the company too when there was a bit of a delay due to Christmas rush.

The personalised keyring had a perfect likeness to our family cat, and my wife was thrilled to receive it as a surprise birthday present. The product was delivered promptly and the company kept me informed at all stages as to where it was up to in their manufacturing process.

This is certainly a unique gift and my wife loved it. However, as a buyer, I thought it was a bit overpriced and certainly took too long to come. Took about 10 days to make then however long postage normally takes.

Would recommend as a one off gift. I probably won’t use again unless prices drop.
