It looks nice but the colours look a bit fading and hard to see depending on the light in the room. I would still recommend

I ordered a necklace in December (paying extra for a silver chain). When it arrived the chain was faulty and the clasp wouldn’t open so it couldn’t be worn.

I emailed Feyral in January to request a replacement chain be sent to me (seems like a simple issue to resolve).

They insisted that I needed to send a video of a tiny chain with a broken clasp (to me this is red flag number one - why should I have to do this over a £10 chain, why not just send another one?) but I sent them the video 10 days ago as they requested.

I have since sent multiple follow up emails and each time get some nonsensical response about how she’s waiting to hear back from the supplier, or today it was ‘the lab’? Hear what back? Just sent me the chain I paid for?

Customer service is dreadful - this company also clearly filters reviews on their website as I left a 1 star review earlier but it never appeared.

Have now given up and have lodged a claim with my bank to get a full refund for the money I spent with this company as my friend still cannot wear the necklace I gifted them a month ago.

I was a little sceptical, but thought I’d give it a go and wasn’t disappointed. The only criticism is the key rings are a bit light. But overall, very happy and would get another one made.

I bought a feyral keychain for a colleague at work who recently lost her pet. I was referred to your website by my cousin who ordered a keychain of his dog. I was in shock and amazed how realistic the engraving is. My colleague told me she ugly cried when she saw the keychain and how much she loves this reminder of him that she can carry with her every day! I will definitely order a keychain myself, since I also recently lost my furbaby, once I find the perfect picture ! 😊

Editing in February and reducing rating to one star. I’ve now had the bracelet for just over 1 month (replacement of lost bracelet arrived in February) and the edges of the gold plating are rubbing off. I am careful in taking it off for exercise and showers and am shocked how worn it is looking. The plating on the bracelet seem ok but not on the engraved tag, which makes it look quite tired.

My husband bought me the gold plated bracelet for Christmas and even when I put it on within minutes it fell off. Unfortunately I lost it on the first day I had it even though I was aware that the lock would easily become undone and I thought I made precautions.

I looked on Feyral’s website and noticed that the T-bar on their silver coloured bracelets seemed a lot longer in proportion to the hoop but my correspondence with them was not helpful. They did offer a discount for a re-order, lower than the discount they offer in their packaging, but didn’t want to accept that there is a fault in their design.

The re-order arrived and the bracelet is beautiful but the same issue that the lock constantly becomes undone. I have bought a small safety chain to pretend the bracelet from falling off when it opens and I have to refasten it all the time.

I have another bracelet with a t-bar lock and it never opens up despite me wearing it all the time.

It’s a novel gift but please buy a safety chain to stop the bracelet from falling off.

The keychain with my beloved dog's picture has become my lucky charm. It's a wonderful way to always have his spirit with me. Thank you for creating such a special jewel!

What a great company to deal with, kept up to date every step of the way and the finished article well packaged and presented, my wife loves it and has not taken it off.

We lost our beloved cat to cancer and I wanted a necklace to always have her close to my heart. I sent in a picture of her sitting with her tail hanging down and wasn't sure how well this could be done as jewellery. The work done is magnificent, the cropping of the picture was done with care
