The wait was… worth a while. I fell in love with them as soon as I looked at them.! The way they shine is just beautiful in every way. They shine more than the ones i bought for $200 . I will definitely buy from here again. Only problem is that i did notice that the diamond is a little loose on the prong

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. This order was placed on December 15th and delivered on December 22nd via free standard shipping during the holiday season, which is within normal USPS transit times for that period.
When delays were reported, we issued a full refund, and the customer was able to keep the item as well. We always aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly, even when delays are outside of our control.

I purchased a tennis necklace as a gift and I took it to get tested and IMMEDIATELY it tested POSITIVE as DIAMONDS! I’m very happy with the necklace and thanks for the prompt shipping. I was promised this necklace before Christmas and it arrived 2 days before the arrival date when i tracked it. Great customer service, MASTERFUL MOISSANITE is definitely worth it!
