I was a little sceptical as to how the product would turn out after seeing it on Instagram but have no fear, this is a fantastic gift for anyone with a pet. My wife was delighted with her keyring and it was her favourite xmas gift. Would highly recommend.

My girlfriend cried when I gave her the gift she absolutely loved it, the necklace came out looking even better than I expected and absolutely captured her dog perfectly. High quality work would highly recommend as a gift for anyone with a pet they love.

My partner LOVED the cat keychain I got for them! It was super detailed and very quality definitely a great gift for an animal lover I highly recommend feyral!!

I gifted the keychain with my dog's photo to my mother, who lost her four-legged friend this year. Her tears of joy are priceless. Thank you for making her Christmas brighter!

Not true. The items are made in China and shipped from China. Mine shipped from Mr Chen. Very misleading. Obviously produced very cheaply.

Excellent likeness to our dog and very good service. I really liked the regular updates in the making process. I’ve given them 3 stars as I bought a key ring to put with the car key (so nothing sharp to scratch) and it was badly marked in the first week of receiving it. Really disappointed. I don’t think the soft material works for key rings. It’s not durable enough.

I love how well you guys communicate about every single step! And the necklace came out waaaaay better than I expected my girlfriend loved it! you guys did not let me down at all thank you so much ❤️

Honest review:
Worth the wait. Took longer than advertised… ordered beginning of December and arrived 28th. Started to feel sceptical, however items arrived just as described with all the packaging shown throughout images on the website. All three gifts have been received and all genuinely over the moon.

I chased throughout the process and whilst the response was quite generic, they responded nonetheless, even offering a partial refund for the delays.

A very good product that is exactly as advertised, just be mindful of longer than expected delivery times, this is the only reason for not giving 5-stars.

Impressed by the step by step details that I received for each process of the fabrication. My wife and I found the work to be stunning! As a matter of fact, I had intended to film the experience of my wife opening the gift, but we were both overwhelmed by emotion.
This custom piece was of our beloved German shepherd Ty who unfortunately passed away last year.

I don’t usually write reviews but the quality of the key chain I received is breathtaking. It took a long time to come which I was a a bit annoyed about but once it came I can see why. The wife absolutely loves it (Xmas present).

Everyone I got for a Christmas gift loved it!

Awful experience. They gave me a series of updates about what was happening with the production of my design and then just went quiet for weeks. They've ruined a very important Christmas present and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Ordered on 8th December and item has still not been shipped- taking way longer than stated on their website. They seem to pitch themselves as a UK-based company but are in fact based in UAE.
Total lack of communication and service.

Same as the other negative reviews, I placed my order 3 weeks ago and was told it was well within their Christmas delivery time. Well, it wasn’t. I got an email from FedEx today saying my order is delayed until after Christmas. What was also interesting, the FedEx shipping information shows the origin is actually CHINA, not Italy as their website would suggest. Stay away, they’re just a moody Chinese company

Purchased on the 8/12, good contact til the 13/12 now nothing, realised the company is in dubai and starting to think it maybe a scam, supposed to be a Xmas present

Unfortunately I haven't had the same great experience as others. I placed an order at the beginning of December which I am still waiting for. I have sent multiple emails with no response as to where my order is. It is very disappointing as this was meant to be a Christmas present.

If I could, I would give it 0 stars. It is clearly a scam. They blocked me on instagram for trying to get my order placed on the 29th and deleted my comments. They replied to one email of mine saying that the order was sent via ctt express when ctt express doesn't even exist only ctt EXPRESSO does. The tracking nr isn't even valid either as ctt expresso uses letters. They are A SCAM. Move away from this company or you will lose money. I am filling legal action.
