Pay-related issues resolved immediately
After a series of pay-related issues, borne out of a lack of expert tax knowledge on my and my contract provider's behalf, I was significantly out of opocket to the HMRC one month. I spoke to a couple of willing Fair Pay employees, who advised me. But, I then spoke to 'Sharon' who understood the issue, and acted; going entirely out of her way - well above and beyond to be honest - and did everything required to recover the (my) issue from mistake, and get the overpayment issue resolved. Outstanding professionalism, highly professional levels of specialist knowledge and significant personal drive to help me with the issue. Well done indeed Sharon.

A big thank you to Tesh and the team at Fair Pay Services.
After a month of limited communication from the teaching agency (NETWORK TEACHERS), Tesh honoured their word and didn't stop making contact on my behalf until they got a response approving payment for the next day.
Tesh's intervention is very much appreciated. After speaking with Tesh, my agent made contact with me confirming payment within 8 minutes!!!
