Fair Pay Services 

I had a disappointing experience with Fair Pay Services.
For a single short assignment of only 4 hours of work, the company deducted a £25 margin, which is extremely high compared to what was agreed and confirmed later by my HR department.

Fair Pay admitted that this deduction was an error and promised a full refund. However, despite several follow-ups, the refund has still not been received.

I have now been informed that Fair Pay has transferred its umbrella operations to NumberMill, but there has been no clear handover or communication regarding my refund.

While the staff were polite, the lack of clarity, accountability, and the ongoing delay have made this a very frustrating experience. I hope Fair Pay and NumberMill improve their processes and communication with contractors in the future.
