Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many customers found the service to be fast, efficient, and professional, with some successfully unlocking their devices quickly and without hassle. They appreciated the clear communication and the ability to use their phones with any SIM card afterward. However, some people were dissatisfied with the pricing and payment structure, often encountering unexpected additional fees beyond the initial advertised cost. There were also complaints about the refund policy, with some customers reporting difficulties or outright refusal to issue refunds when the service couldn't be completed. The response time for some inquiries was also a point of concern for a few users.

They do a bait and switch technique

They do a bait and switch technique. They say it’s one price only to find out it’s not even for unlocking the phone but to see if it’s eligible. Ok so maybe it’s a misunderstanding but then when you pay the second fee they tell you oh you need the premium service which is like 200 bucks after you pair 60 and 90 already. See most people might not have a problem paying there fees but the way they dance around the wording and then refuse to give you a refund but instead a credit when they couldn’t unlock the phone so what can I do with a credit if you can unlock it. Anyways it’s all a scam. You can go to your cell phone provider and request an unlock for free!

SCAM ALERT

I am also here to say this company is a true scam. I paid more than $100 money last year in August for iPhone unlocking. They couldn't do it and gave me a credit note for another phone. Just 19th April, 2026 I tried using that credit note of $99 they gave me for a Motorola phone unlock and they demanded another $33 for unlocking. Which means $99+$33=$132.
I have been waiting for days since they said within 24 hours a technician will send me a message to arrange a mutually convenient time to do the procedure. I have installed a software they required for me to install on my PC and already connected my phone to the PC but No technician has reached out to me and they never replied a single message I sent them. This is a complete scam unless they quickly unlock my phone for me otherwise I will continue to write a negative review of them on all platforms.
You should be truthful and stop hidden payments and lies about the days to unlock phones. No technician has reached out to me till now.
Below are the information of the phone and order

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.

I paid $28.99 for the eligibility check, $60 for the standard service, and $174.99 for the Premium service. After paying for Premium, my phone was still not unlocked. Instead of completing the unlock or refunding me to my card, I was told I needed to pay another $151 for an even higher-level service.

So in summary:multiple payments, no successful unlock, another payment request after Premium, and a store credit offered instead of a proper card refund.

This was frustrating and time-consuming! And they have that AI automatic response instead of a real agent asking to pay move everytime!

Hi — I’m Charlotte. I’m really sorry this has been so frustrating.

I can’t look up your order or escalate this without your IMEI — in the absence of any reference we cannot address your specific concerns. Please use the Live Support link on your tracking page and provide your IMEI (or paste it here) so we can locate your order and investigate immediately.

For transparency, our policy states: "Premium Services which fail - both your Standard and Premium payments will be fully refunded back to your card if it is not possible to unlock your device having tried Premium Service." Once you share the IMEI via Live Support, I’ll escalate this to a senior technician, confirm why the extra $151 was requested, and get this moved toward a resolution.

Again, apologies for the poor experience — please open Live Support with your IMEI so we can sort it out quickly.

Unfulfilled promises Order 12874690 imei 354210971656951…

Order 12874690 imei 354210971656951 order placed on 21 August 2025. Since then 99% complete and after requesting a refund in January and being stringed along with every AI response Anna giving timelines after timelines about when they will get back to me, another escalation was supposedly done on top of the many that was already given along with two options to give another chance to try for a push unlock or to choose a refund. I repeatedly opted for the refund each time. I was asked to provide an email address which I replied that they have been sending me emails since I placed the order so why can’t they use the same one. After pointing out the numerous escalation and unfulfilled promises they have been making, I was blocked from responding to the live support and have not received any refund.

I then wrote a review on their review page and it was AI Charlotte that replied promising to get the block lifted from live support, asking if I want to continue with the unlock or a refund. It stated I should reply to that response which I am barred from doing. It has been ten days now and the review can only be updated. Six months is more than enough waiting time and with a refund not forthcoming, I can only conclude I was scammed.

So now this review was replied to with more promises and requesting permission through an email to be sent which never arrived, to proceed with the unlock. Why on earth permission is needed for a service that was paid for but not delivered? i also noticed that neither the bot Anna and Charlotte names are missing from their reply here... interesting observation. The reply is the same I have been receiving on the live chat before I was blocked, citing misuse. The block provide an email address to use to contact them and after sending a few emails without no replies from them including the latest one promised which have surpassed the 24 hours cited, it reaffirmed my conclusion about the integrity of this site.

I am updating this review today 27/02/2026 to say the promised email have not arrived, I have not received any refund for the premium service I paid for, the phone is still not unlock and no further reply have come from them. They are not admitting their inability to unlock the phone and obviously don't want to issue a refund. They repeatedly posting the 99% complete with the unlocking imminently which is akin to indefinite detention... knowing the definition of imminent and their use of the word is abusive, as it is to further frustrate and delay being accountable. I am still blocked from the live chat but thanks to trust pilot I can put the facts of my experience out there for others to see and be cautious not to be scammed.

22 March 2026
This is another update to further highlight the dishonesty of the company. I still have not received the email that was promised by express unlock on 21 February 2026. There have been no further response, my request for a refund have not been honored and my phone have not been unlocked. Be warned. Do not send your hard earned money to the company. Use my experience as a cautionary warning to yourself. My order was placed in August of 2025 and I am updating this post today 22 March 2026. Avoid being scammed as I have been.

21 April 2026 is now nine months since I paid to unlock my phone and to date they have not done so. They also have not respond as promised and neither have I received my refund. I am still not able to use the live support medium because I am still blocked, citing misuse. That misuse was me repeatedly replying to their empty promises and tone deaf approach of ignoring my choice to opt for a refund instead of giving them the go-ahead to try one more time for the unlock which they clearly are incapable of. This is more reaffirmation that I was scammed by this business and I would caution anyone about being a victim as I have been.

Hi — Charlotte here. I’m really sorry you’ve had to deal with that delay and stress.

Our Terms say “Any timeframes stated are a calculation of the previous weeks unlocks and are given as a guideline, NOT a guarantee.” And our Refund Policy states: “Premium Services which fail - both your Standard and Premium payments will be fully refunded back to your card if it is not possible to unlock your device having tried Premium Service.”

Hi — Charlotte here. I’m really sorry you’ve been stuck waiting that long — that isn’t the experience we want.

I can see you paid £23.99 (Eligibility Check), £46 (Standard Unlock) and £133.99 (Premium Service) for an iPhone 14 on Three UK (order 10 Jul 2025). Please note our terms: “Delivery times are guidelines set by the relative networks” and “It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for.” I’ll also note our refund wording: “Premium Services which fail - both your Standard and Premium payments will be fully refunded back to your card if it is not possible to unlock your device having tried Premium Service.”

Before any refund, I’d like to escalate this to our senior techs and request an urgent status check and priority reattempt. Can you reply with your order number or IMEI and the email used on the order? I’ll open the escalation now and aim to update you within 48 hours.

After contacting Tesco by both phone and going into the store on on a few occations and them not giving me the correct code to unlock this phone. I spent a long time trying to find a way to unlock the phone.
I then went to Expressunlocks to try there.
Expressunlocks confirmed the phone was locked to EE so I decided to use them. It took them a little while but to my suprise they came back with a short procedure and more importantly the correct numbers to enter.
This resulted in the phone now Unlocked, a great result.

AI cash grab scam

Paid €100 to never get a formal reason as to why it couldnt be processed. I was kept in limbo for 4 MONTHS! trying to speak with a human but their useless AI helpdesk just keeps telling you it is working on getting a response from a technician (they dont exist). Never use this service. Every positive thing you can find online for this company is fake and made by the company itself. I wish I did research before i foolishly and hastely allowed myself to get completely scammed by this quick money grab. Please just contact ur service provider directly if u need an ESim. I say this hoping to protect at least one more person from this embarrassing fate.

I saw on their website that unlocking would cost me about $22. So I paid via ccard. I received a notification the phone passed some qualification test but to get the unlock code would cost me more money, which I paid. After waiting I received an email to say that the phone could not be unlocked and the money I paid could be used to purchase stuff from THEIR WEBPAGE AND NO REFUND IS DONE. Yes. What a scam !! Hi — I’m really sorry this has been so frustrating.

I can see your order (placed 15 Jan 2026) shows the status: “Device doesnt prompt for unlock code, unfortunately a remote USB unlock is not possible for this device.” Because of that, and per our terms, eligibility checks are non‑refundable and Androids that don’t ask for a code are issued a credit note rather than a card refund. As the policy says: “Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable.” and “Android phones which don't ask for a code, will be refunded in the form of a Credit Note, due to submission costs, to be used against a Remote USB unlock, if that service is available.”

You were issued a credit note (instead of a refund) for the failed unlock. I’m happy to:
- Confirm the exact credit note amount applied from your payments, and
- Help you find the best way to use it on our site or check any other available options for your ZTE P503.

Would you like me to confirm the credit note amount now? — Charlotte

This is a scam website. Avoid and contact your network provider for a free unlock

It's a scam. They have no means or intention to unlock the phone. They will just string you along, asking for additional fees while providing nonsense explanations. The only "refunds" they agree to is credits on their scam website. Steer far clear. Call the carrier directly.

In reference to the company reply below , the scam is that they charge you a large fee £14.99 just to tell you that they can unlock your phone for a further £30. This is not made clear at the point you pay the initial £14.99. It looks like the £14.99 is to unlock the phone not to pay for the privilege of being told a further payment will unlock the phone. Scammers, I don’t know how they sleep at night. Evil people !
