Saw Lee today, cheerful and friendly as before despite the heat in the building. Put in the extra effort to fit me in despite an admin error where I was booked in at the wrong clinic. Only issue was the A/C not working, less an issue for me but really feel for lee and his colleagues working in there!

Had a lovely woman called Nicola at the Birmingham site who reassured me throughout the assessment and full of reassurance as well as providing a friendly service.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. In particular Marina who came across very competent, friendly, and pleasant. She instantly made me feel at ease and made the whole experience very smooth and enjoyable. She needs to go see the pyramids though😉
