Hello it was Jenny, she has been there for my last few visits she makes me relax especially in a room with no windows apart from the physical side of the medical which she multitasks very professionally she is engaging in conversation and does my mental health the world of good she is a credit to herself, family,New Zealand and Medical Express the highest praise I could give is I'm looking forward to next year God willing thank's and well done Gordon McKenzie

Saw Lee today, cheerful and friendly as before despite the heat in the building. Put in the extra effort to fit me in despite an admin error where I was booked in at the wrong clinic. Only issue was the A/C not working, less an issue for me but really feel for lee and his colleagues working in there!

I had my medical with Sue in cardiff very friendly couldn't fault her explained everything during the medical and was happy answering questions I had for her 👍
