These guys are the dogs ********! We ordered a UK dedicated server from these guys back in June. We instantly received notification from Aaron, with complete clarity that the particular one we ordered was in the process of being built. During this time, due to a slightly longer wait than expected these guys went above and beyond and even offered us the use of a higher spec dedicated server for no extra cost in the interim until we receive our new UK dedi. Not only that, these guys have a real connection with the services they offer, these guys build, test and rack your server themselves, giving a real personal feel to the whole process with picture and video updates when progression is made. A* gentlemen.

Hands down the best host I have used
Hands down the best host I have used. My ONLY complaint is they do not have VPS hosting in the US. But the A2S caching makes it worth every dollar.
I have used EUGAMEHOST on and off for the last few years and they are always willing to go above and beyond with their support.
10/10 would recommend.

Sadly we wont be offering any other locations for the foreseeable future outside of the UK and Germany, this is because we aim to offer the absolute best value to performance possible, it's what makes us unique. But to do this we need good scale in every location. I would love to see a USGameHost sub brand of some sorts in the distant future though haha.

I joined this company for a vps after being with a much more expensive one and they really do a great job! I haven't had any issues and the protection is actually higher than the more expensive competitor! If I ever have any questions they're always very quick to answer it and help me out. 10/10 would recommend!

Best host I've ever used
Have been hosting various servers with EUGameHost for a few months and I cannot fault them. The support gets back to me nearly instantly each time I need them, and the support staff are not only active in the community but actually know what they're talking aboutand are able and willing to help fix things rather than the copy/paste unhelpful support responses that are so common nowadays.

Dont buy from them i buy a vps and a vps get many problem and whene i call them or i send a ticket they dont answer and now im from 48h without a rdp and all my data base and my server are on it and the rdp is not connecting, dont buy they are many host they are mor good and have a good rdp and security and they said that have a path net ddos filter and my server is get down evry time from ddos and ther path is fake and my server is geting down form 20gb/s ddos

This is just a really silly review to be honest. You've had the service a week, its a team speak server you run, we responded to you earlier and explained you hadn't applied any filters. To use Path protection effectively you port punch the service and apply an application filter to each open port. We could have helped with this. We are a direct enterprise client of both Path and Cosmic Guard the two market leaders in game DDoS protection, we use both ;) It obviously not fake which is a bit silly to say. You only have to look on BGP tools to see its not.

But that physically can't be true so why say it?
The only way i see that ever being possible is if you raised a ticket, got an AI response and then didn't opt for it not being helpful, because if you did raise a ticket that was escalated to our support team you would have had a response, it's just not possible that you didn't / wouldn't.
To note when the AI responds automatically ( takes about 5 seconds and is only to the first email you send ) it does state in multiple places to prompt for a human reply.

My long awaited review of EUGH
Tried to think of a funny way to write this but genuinely could not.
EUGH Is my fav hosting company out there, their team is small but tailor to your service far better as a consequence, do they have issues sometimes? Sure. But no more than any other host you'll find out there, and its fixed promptly, no matter the time of day.
As much as I hate to admit it the community around them is also pretty cool, people always helping each other out, a weird guy with a cosmic logo next to his name that helped me out with installing some software that wasn't even for one of their machines!? Try n beat that customer service.
I ordered a dedicated server from them in the UK, and they went all out, threw in a couple of extra upgrades, at no additional cost, all while keeping me in the loop of its construction.
11/10, Will & Aaron most sexy host owners in the space.
