Great Product For value

EUGamehost is a game server and Dedicated server hosting provider.
I have been with EUGameHost since last November.
These guys have been incredibly patient with my requests with the little tech knowledge i have, to help me setup and maintain my VDS.
There support team is very patient and polite.
i've seen many negative reviews already, and i think it takes common sense to communicate, if you can not communicate your issue can not be solved.

Besides the point, I've had no issues with my product, Sure there are hiccups, but in this day and age, its bound to happen and preventless.
I'm a satisfied customer and have nothing bad to say.
Team are awesome, and I'm getting my monies worth.

Big Data leaks, more downtime than uptime, fraudulent business

I've been their user for quite a while. I had dedicated server and IPs on their Germany location. In that period they had their database breached and all of their customers information got leaked. Path.net protection had more downtime then the time that it actually worked because it seems that they can't configure their GRE tunnel for Path protection. Not to mention that their website/billing etc... also usually doesn't work. I requested a cancelation for my services thru their client panel and I thought everything was alright. Suddently I got charged for those services and when I contacted them they started accusing me of lying and banned me from their discord where I opened a ticked to confront that problem. Of course I never got a refund

EDIT:
I forgot to mention that when I initially bought dedicated server I havent been able to use it for almost two weeks, since it didnt work. The dedi also didn't have an IPMI or anything so I couldnt even control that server. And then there is the support that usually takes around two days to respond to you.

Yes, we were impacted by a zero-day vulnerability in one of the most widely used WHMCS modules, there were many other hosts who experienced or were at the same risk of a data breach due to this vulnerability . This was arguably an industry-wide issue.

No, we have not experienced any major Path outages beyond the occasional hiccup (which Path is known for and every host sees). That's why we also offer Cosmic Guard, a far more stable option which you did not want.

No, you did not submit a cancellation request. The dedicated service renewal had already passed by a few days. After you got angry i explained this is a matter of your finance management, not ours. After I politely explained this, you became even more upset and began using inappropriate language directed at our support team. I did not call you a liar directly either

No, there was no two-week period where your service was unavailable. That claim is simply false.

No, all German dedicated servers can indeed be provided with IPMI access.

No, we do not take two days to respond. That statement is untrue and unfounded.

I wish for a more honest world, where people address issues as they are instead of distorting the truth. Realistically, you've only left this review and made up a bunch of rubbish because you think we'll just refund you so you'll remove it.

One of the best vps service.

Despite not being their customer anymore since I decided to stop using VPS, I was their customer for almost 10 months. I want to share my experience and feedback. I never had any issues whenever I used their VPS. It was easy to install, and for any issues, they were always there to help. I really appreciated their support, especially the first time when I had issues with the firewall. They helped me within minutes, and the service was clearly 10/10. The experience with their VPS was one of the best I’ve ever had. I used their VPS as a VPN to play video games, and I never experienced any lag. Despite many attempts to hit me with DDoS attacks, their firewall always mitigated them. I highly recommend their service to everyone.

Rented a server for a month. Product initially does not work, raise a support ticket, acknowledged pretty quickly, promptly ignored for the day. No communication, no information given. Quick enough to take payments but nothing after the fact.

As you said we responded fast to your query but simple it is VPS server, it is our job to setup and manage your application on said server. Said server was working perfectly fine without issue, you simply didn't know how to setup what you wanted. You do not get a private SYSAdmin with a cheap VPS server, you just get hosting support.

We helped you do all of your edge firewall and DDoS filters, which is the host side area we can and will help with. The rest is on you to manage your own business.

Lost all my data, and they couldn't care less

Had the sever since December. Played Valheim for many many hours then took a few months break. Came back to the server and it was broken. Contacted support and they said they cannot find any history of the server and all the data that was on it could not be restored. After a pointless back and forth with customer support, they best they could offer me was a free month on a blank server. Don't really fancy starting again from scratch so will probably not play anymore. Awful solution to a very frustrating problem. Would not recommend using this hosting service and would suggest looking elsewhere

Look I'm sorry you're upset but I must clarify that expecting backups from 7 months ago is a bit beyond the scope of even some major providers like AWS let alone a £4.50 game server. Typically, hosting providers, including us, retain backups for a limited period, which unfortunately means we no longer have access to data from that long ago. If you had of let us know nearer the time you had the issue we could have helped.

I understand your frustration, although i don't quite see the value as you stated you also hadn't played the game in that period of months.

Avoid this Provider at any costs

(Would recommend to sort 1-3 star reviews and read it before deciding)

Avoid this Provider at any costs! I bought a server annually and already after 3 days I had multiple downtimes. But I used them more and more and asking to change my IP, well according to them the issues were from Path. I asked them to do it in the morning to Cosmic, cause there are no users online and minimal damage. Since then on this Hoster I had over 20 downtimes or something and wrote in discord because I was mad, but never insulted or something. He kicked me from Discord what is his good right. I PMed him on discord to change my IP again, he said he's not changing s-h-i-t because I would be "rude". Who wouldn't after this many problems. I told him that would damage my service and its almost criminal to threaten me like that. Told him to write a review and contact a authority about consumer protection.

After that he threaten me to suspend my VPS and done it, so my service is offline, damaged it and said I would breach his ToS. I only can contact them now per Website he said and i am pretty sure he will take his time after this behavior.

I would avoid it at any costs, because the Owner will threaten you and damage you if in his opinion
you are rude or saying you're breaching the ToS without reason. (Also just because it is their ToS, it doesn't automatically mean it's according to the law, remember that folks.)

I will update if I get my data back or not, cause its paid for 1 year anyway.

Update: They say now VPS got suspended from DSTAT Acitvity, as you can see in the screenshots that isn't true. He also said I harassed the owner in the discord chat, you can see in the screens that isnt even true, so hes lying in public! (Updated the screens)

Update 2: He said previous werent any problems, I uploaded chat proof how many before complainted about downtime! So a lie again.

We've been trading since 2017. If you look at our reviews, you’ll find some that are very old, even mentioning my name. I'm unsure why you think we are so new. There are also many posts about us dating back years.

We do not accept abusive behavior towards our staff. This is a fairly standard practice for most moral companies. I'm unsure why some people think that just because they are behind a screen, they can swear at and personally attack other humans who are just trying to do their job. It is, unfortunately, a mark of our age. As you admitted in your review, you "wrote in Discord because I was mad." However, you did swear and were personally abusive to staff. After being warned, and then banned, you proceeded to add one of our support team directly on Discord and continued to abuse them.

As you can see from our reviews, we have amazing working relationships with pretty much all of our clients and currently serve just over 4000 active users with roughly 1000 of them being VPS services like what you had ;)

Yes, earlier today, the Germany Core 2 (one of four routers there) had an issue due to a DDoS attack. This was isolated to this router only. We offer both Path and Cosmic services, and the issue was resolved in roughly 30 minutes with no further problems. Outside of that, we have had zero issues of late. So, your claim of "20 downtimes per day" is simply untrue.
