The first call from your representative…
The first call from your representative was pleasant and informative. However l then received endless missed calls answering 5 times, only to have to over anything again and again. They stated that certain information wasn't concluded in the last call. Not once did they ask if l was available to continue, but stated it would take only 2 minutes, it took 10 minutes each time listening to l the same recordings l had argeed too already. Very frustrating and a waste of time.
